The wait there is always long; I would like to say it is because a lot of people show up and cause a strain on the shop, however, the last few times Ive stopped in I walked up to the service counter and found that there was a line of people waiting to be helped. There is almost never anyone at the service desk. Either the shop is under staffed or the mechanics are related to turtles and only have three cars in at a time in what appears to be a six bay garage. The speed at which these mechanics work makes me think they are paid by the hour rather than the job. I would only suggest going here if you can be the first one in line or if you have a lot of time to kill. Ive never been impressed with this location.

What a shame...this Walmart used to be great....great service, great prices, etc. Now - it is a shell of what it used to be. From "thats not my department" attitude of the employees to the HORRIBLE pharmacy service, this store is a disgrace. If you go in there late at night, the people stocking the shelves act like you are in their way. Boxes cover the aisles so you cant walk through and employees are having fun shouting conversation to each other. It is nearly impossible to get the pharmacy on the phone. I can go on and on....its just TERRIBLE!

Absolutely horrible the customer service at the help desk dont listen to what you have to say i say 3x im here to have my tires balanced the woman comes back and says sry we cant rotate your tires wtf thats not even what i was here for mind you it took 20min before she even took my information to then say it will take another 30-45 min 2 balance only 2 tires thats total bs i wouldnt recommend this place if my car was on fire even though their prices are decent the service is deplorable.

Horrible service i call them before couple minutes and went to the place for roation and balence. They ask me to come befor 6:15 pm, i was there by 5:30 pm but they said they cant able to take the work order. and they are so busy . I dont know why the gentlemen ask me to come before 6:15 pm absolutely horrible customer service...

I never give good reviews and I hate Walmart but the lady who helped me at the Salem Tire Center yesterday was so thorough and helpful that I had to write a review. It was July 5th very hot out and she still went back and forth at least 5 times to my car and made sure I got the right tires. She should get a raise.

Called 40 mins in advance to make an appointment, the lady told me that didnt have to make one, that it was first come first serve. When I arrived she told that there were already 4 cars, and that she couldnt serve me. * Horrible customer service. * Highly Dissatisfied!

im an employee for this tire and lube center, and the hours posted by google are incorrect. the hours are 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. 7 days a week. just so nobody is misinformed.
