Had a really positive experience at Sullivan Tire in Billerica yesterday. I ran over a nail and on short-notice needed to have my tire patched. I first chatted with someone on line to confirm availability. They confirmed that they could do the job that day. When I arrived they took me in immediately. The place had fast free wifi. The tech discovered that I had three bulbs out. I told them if they could replace them with a minimum amount of labor I would be happy to have that done. As it turned out 2 of the 3 could be easily changed. The third could not be done and instead of charging me an hours worth of labor to get to the bulb they just left it. All and all a terrific experience.

Their work is exemplary and is always guaranteed.
