Car had an exhaust leak. Scheduled appointment online the day before. Specified "find and fix exhaust leak" in comments and chose other services to be performed as well. When I was called the day before to confirm, I told associate to fix the exhaust leak. I dropped my car off at 10am on Saturday. I called at 530pm to check on the vehicle status because I had not been called all day. I was told the vehicle would be ready by the time I arrived. The vehicle was still on the lift when I arrived. The associate told me to go with him and he showed me what was wrong and where the exhaust leak was. It didnt make sense to me because they hadnt fixed it. My car had been with them since 10am and they never fixed what I told them to. The associate said he didnt think I wanted the leak to be repaired, but could schedule me for next week for the repairs. I thought my head was going to explode. I specified online I wanted the exhaust leak repaired, spoke with an associate over the phone and reiterated that fact as well as when I dropped the vehicle off. The associate said someone dropped the ball. I showed him my email stating to find the exhaust leak and repair it. After reading it his excuse was that they are not given the ability to read the comments when an appointment is booked online. If that were possible, they would have 1000s of complaints of work requested was never completed. Thats the craziest thing I have ever heard. I would never go there again. The amount of pure incompetance was insane.

Clayton is the man to talk to here. Ive seen a lot of negative reviews citing work taking too long. Ill point out the fact that they are literally always busy which points to the quality of most of their work. Yesterday I was there and there was in fact no spots in the parking lot left. Ive always been given exactly what I asked for when dealing with Clayton. They do not offer service that are not needed which I can say is not the same for other Firestone locations. I would highly recommend getting service done here just plan on a drop off and youll be happy.

My first-ever experience at the Firestone in Mansfield was when I drove in with a flat tire, near closing time. Although the store did not have the replacement tire that I needed, Clayton James called several other places until he found one that had the kind of tire my car needed. He made an appointment for me at that place, and then he had a technician put the spare tire on my car----at no charge! I was impressed with his helpfulness and with the service at Firestone Complete Auto Care.

Im going to keep this short and sweet. When a buisness cant keep an appointment on time right when they open the doors and your car dies not go in until an hour and a half later that is bad. Twice that has happened. They open at 7 and you go again and at 8:15 and no one is there yet on a Tuesday!! That is unprofessional and ridiculous. Im done with this place. Also make sure you keep ink and paper stocked so you can get paper for an alignment for the customers, its not an option.

We would highly recommend Firestone of Mansfield - the manager, Clayton James is so polite, efficient, makes sure everything is done to your vehicle in a timely manner. He previously managed the Raynham Firestone, transferred to Mansfield (smart move by corporate). We moved about an hour from this location but we still come back to Mansfield to have our vehicles serviced. Clayton and his crew are by far the best choice to bring your vehicles to for service.

Made an appointment to have oil change after over an hour of waiting and watching a walk-in get an oil change and leave I inquired at the desk if there was a problem with my vehicle what was taking so long. All the employees pointed the finger at each other blaming each other. The car wasnt even started after an hour of waiting. This unfortunately was my first time using Firestone and it certainly will be the last. Do not recommend to anyone

Recently opened and the service was exceptional. We came in after our belt snapped on our car on the highway and AAA towed us over. Clayton (manager) was so courteous, helpful, and ensured that our transaction was simple and the pricing was extremely transparent. They were able to get us out and on our way home in a few hours. I would highly recommend the high quality of auto repair service at this new location.

Decent price for a Summer to Winter tire change over. The Technician opted to fix my TPMS with a cheaper part then replacing the entire thing. This shows me that the are Technician with integrity. For this fact alone, i will continue to return to this location. Service took longer than expected and they are typically very busy. For this reason it is highly recommended that you schedule an appointment in advance.

Walked in and was created by Clayton. He took a look at my front tires and agreed I needed them replaced badly. He gave me several option and suggestions and I made my selection. Working a few doors down, I was offered a ride and had the car dropped off to me once the job was completed. I would highly recommend this location to any one of my friends and family! I had a wonderful experience! I went in for an oil change, and for help with this annoying clicking sound. It took them a little while but they returned my car to me with new brakes, proactively fixed some rods in my car, and the clicking is gone along and my oil is good. Clayton was awesome at helping! I would recommend making an appointment with him! He was kind, funny, and very helpful.

Worked here as a technician. Dont bring your cars here. I was overworked, underpaid and spent too much time doing pointless tasks for the benefit of the managers and sales staff, not to mention I was killing myself to meet customer needs and somehow it was never good enough for the managers. Im sorry to all loyal customers but the truth needs to be heard from the other side.

Did the online appointment thing so I could drop it off. Went earlier to pick it up which is a good thing bc the actual reason I set up the appointment wasnt even on their list of things to do. When I finally did get my car back the blinker didnt work and I had to go back to get that fixed. They were really nice but this has turned me off to this location.

This was the absolute best experience I have ever had at an auto care facility. Clayton was amazingly friendly, and helped make me feel comfortable with purchasing a tire. We are from out of state visiting for vacation and needed a new tire after ours popped. If we lived closer, I would be here for all of my auto care needs. Definitely very knowledgeable

If you want any sort of communication or your vehicle fixed in a timely manner I suggest going someplace else. After two days of getting the run around we decided to tow our vehicle elsewhere. While we were on the way to tow or vehicle they were magically able to make it drivable. The staff was rude and inconsistent with there updates.
