Normally i dont post my experience review due to the lack of time, but this particular vendor doesnt deserve to be in business. About myself: limo company fleet owner/manager, years in business. Needed an inspection sticker on Friday 4:30PM, stopped by this shop for the first time (being a small business owner, i prefer to give the biz to the smaller guys, mostly non-franchised privately owned places). The shop was very disorganized and dirty, but "hey, not a biggy, business is tough, priorities"- i though to myself. The inspector walked up to me right away and notified me that the car will fail inspection, stating that my front windows show 34% instead of State allowed 35%. I asked him to rerun his machine, since our business vehicles are all tinted the same legal way, but he still insisted that its darker than it supposed to be. Please, keep in mind, we inspect al the vehicles every year since day 1. So i asked him nicely just to cancel the process and let me take the car to a different shop, he said that he already "Put It In", meaning i can only fix the sticker Monday morning (inspection stations are limited to Mon-Fri till 5PM). Now i am paralyzed from my business operations (got a warning ⚠️ today from State Police Trooper for driving with R - failed safety sticker, he warned me not to operate the vehicle till i fix the sticker on Monday. If youre the person of reason and logic, avoid this place at all costs, they will find the way to screw you.

I took my car here last Saturday 04/16/2016 for an inspection. When I brought the car in, I had no issues, no check engine light, nothing. I picked the car up after they had closed and as soon as I got inside it the check engine light was flashing, the car was driving poorly, but hey at least I passed the inspection? I got home, plugged in a code reader and looked up the code that the car was showing. It was for the transmission. Quick google search said to check some fuses. The car has two fuse boxes, one under the hood and one near the gas/brake pedals. I checked the fuse box near the gas/brake pedals, all were okay. I looked under the hood and a fuse was missing?!? I replaced the fuse and everything went back to normal and the check engine light disappeared. That means the garbage mechanic at this place purposely removed the fuse (the fuse box is sealed) in hopes that I would bring the car back and then they would charge me and arm and a leg to fix a fake problem. Someone less knowledgeable about cars would have done this. Dont bring your car here, ever. This is the second shady experience Ive had here, and by far the worst.

Do NOT get your vehicle serviced here!!! I went for an inspection sticker and failed due to an emissions issue. I was told it should be a simple fix with a new gas cap, resetting the “check engine” light and to come back in a few days. After the problem persisted several times, I was given a quote of $650 to replace the gas evaporation system. The bill ended up to be $1100 without being notified of the increase. After paying the $1100, the mechanic and "Shop Manager" informed me that I would still need to take the vehicle to the dealership because there was still an issue he couldn’t fix. After the dealership went through the replaced gas evaporation system, I was told the problem was a simple pinched vacuum tube that any qualified mechanic should have spotted and was probably the issue all along. No charge for parts at the dealership, only 3 hrs. of labor costing of $400. All totaled, this simple fix cost me $1500 that all could have been avoided if I hadn’t listened to the mechanic and went to the dealership instead. Avoid the incompetence here at all costs or it will cost you…a lot.

These people are crooks, I went to the gas station because the sign said $2.09 cash discount. I didnt realize that I was in the full service pump. I got out to pump the gas the attendent approched me took my $20.00 bill proceded to pump the gas at $2.49 a gallon . I pointed that out to him and his response was well you are at the full service pump, so what I dont get payed. I again referred to the cash discount sign stating $2.09 cash discount and asked where it was advertised that it was any diffrent from pump to pump. he just walked away from me. I told him I was going to call the better business buerau and write on Yelp. He said go ahead they wont do anything! So I am posting this to warn consumers not to use this business.

These people are not even 1 star worth, if I had an option of lesser than 1 star I would have opt that. They are crooked. They just want to pull money out from your pocket. They charged me for diagnosing the car and didnt told me beforehand that there will charge for it when I was leaving my car. Overall, I asked them to fix something and they didnt do it. Poor service, highly dissatisfied, waste of time. As a friendly advice dont take your car here.

Ive been doing business with these guys for years and couldnt hope for more trustworthy, honest people that will do a job right the first time. Managers dont overcharge and offer fair rates. Techs are knowledgeable and helpful and will make sure your car isnt out of commission any longer than necessary. Overall very pleased with their service.
