What can I say The owner Joel, mike and AJ aka Ed sheeren they are all cool and nice , I have been going to this place for almost 2 years I never had a problem ,but about couple months ago took my car to fix the noise coming front the front end of the strut it took my time and about $1000 total which didnt get it fixed it perfectly I am glad its just a car not a patient they kept trying each and everything to get rid of that noise but it was unsuccessful after that I took my car to Honda dealer dealer they told me my front strut bump stop were installed backwards, needs new strut boots, bump stops ,front tie rod ends changed and lower ball joints and alignment which was about $900 total which I wasnt going to spend because these diamond guys are cheaper then dealer so I ordered my parts and called them set an appointment told them the bump stops were installed backwards needed tie rod ends and lower ball joints so I took my parts and told them to install ... they did it just fixed the bump stops and charged me$350 and gave my parts strut boots , bump stops ,tie rod ends , and lower ball joints and my new strut boots and bump stops which the dealer had told me to replace. They said I didnt needed them I paid drove my car home there is still a noise I took it back in couple of days now they are telling me I need new front tie rod ends and lower ball joints which I have already shipped the parts back to auto parts warehouse paid $25 so I was just disappointed but didnt say any thing so I set up an appointment to fix it they got the parts this time and fix it for about $400 but there was still a noise from the front end now not only that my car was out of alignment they even didnt bother to fix the alignment after doing tie rod ends ...they had done everything but havent changed the strut boot and new bump stops which dealer told me to do and I got them the parts before which they told me I didnt need them So I called them and told them ok this is getting way out of control I needed those new strut boots and bump stops installed as I have told you on the first place when you touched my strut and charged me $350 I hope I dont have to pay now which was my guess but they ask me for $200 which I negotiated to $100 but still had to buy new strut boots and bump stops again I still went there and they fixed it but you know what they were still unsuccessful ...but thanks to the Brazilian guy right next to Eastern auto parts in Waltham , he fixed it 100% for $60 he took out my struts and reinstalled it total diamond for strut $450 + my parts versus Brazilian guy $60 now There is no annoying noise at all and when he took out my tire he found my brake tie screw wasnt screwed at all which he showed me.I was more disappointed on their work even all the guys of Diamond are really nice I will give them 5 stars but I will give There mechanic 0 which I dont trust ...so over all I am giving them 3. I am not bitching or complaining I just want my voice heard . Thanks to Brazilian dude I found the mechanic who is reasonable and I can trust.

DO NOT GO HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. CHEAP AND SCAMMERS!!! Let me start by saying I am a college student and I dont have the kind of money to throw around on tons of repairs. I respect honest homegrown local businesses. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. I first came because my headlight was a little loose after trying to replace it myself from autozone. I went here and asked if they could just fasten it into place and they did but tried to charge me $20! This was just to screw an already placed bulb. That immediately started to give me an idea of how they worked. Now, I have spent the last 6 months at war after a faulty repair. I brought in three parts to replace and they ended up charging me $410 for a job that was easily a $200 job. In the middle of the repair they stated that one of my parts were throwing in errors so they needed to put their own in and would charge for the part and labor of that replacement (more $$$). When the repair is over I got in my car to only find out that the original problem was not only still there, but actually worse. I ended up going to a second mechanic and he checked it out. He fixed the problem by replacing one of the three parts the original mechanic replaced. Heres the kicker: He discovered that two wires were incorrectly soldered in reverse which was directly contributing to the problem. After I discovered this, I immediately called my credit card and started a dispute because even if this wasnt a direct scam, it was still complete negligence. After months of going back in forth with my credit card company, they finally won. Now I have to pay for labor that destroyed my car. You have a choice. I urge you to not go here.

This garage is the best!!! You want to talk about great customer service!! Franks garage was referred to me by triple AAA since I am not local and had a car problem with an Audi. Frank went above and beyond to help me repair the car (all of this was done over the phone) and fixed the problem in a day only because he insisted he keep the car over night to be sure he repaired it. I was so impressed with his level of service I called Triple AAA back to let them know how pleased I was and to be sure to refer Franks garage for foreign car repairs. Thank you Frank! you are a gem.

I stupidly let a bubble into my brake lines. I asked for a quote from Direct Tire in Watertown they said itd cost $128. I went to Diamond Deep and they said 1 hour of labor plus materials came to be $75. That sounds about right for bleeding the brakes. Dropped the car off at 8AM, it was done at 10:30AM same day. The brakes work better than before I even screwed them up. Plus they found a nail in my rear tire and patched it up, which explained why my tire pressure light kept coming on. Overall, a great experience.

I have went there the first time for an oil change and figure out an air leak on a tire. Told the person on the counter to check it and if needed to change the tire. When I came back, the person told me the issue was a nail in the tire so they have fixed it for a much cheaper price than if the tire had to be swapped. They have gained my respect, future business and a 5 star review on being honest and cost-effective. Thanks for the great service!

Estimate for body work was 2-4 days and it took 14 days. Every day it was going be done tomorrow. They did give me a loaner car for the second week. When I picked up my car, chips of paint had gone missing from the back bumper. It took another day to put some putty on that, which doesnt look great but I need my car back. They are probably good mechanics but I dont think they are set up to paint or do body work efficiently.
