Helpful staff. Brought in a part and the guys even loosened a nut that I didnt have the tools to do myself. When Ive gone in there has been a couple of staff members that have no clue what theyre talking about. That part has been a waste of my day, especially when I am in the middle of a project and I want to get in and out quickly. I dont want to sit around having to explain mechanics to the clerks. Come on. However, they have some extremely knowledgeable staff members and once you identify them they become your go-to for all of your question.
