Where to start, I walked into the restaurant and it was jammed packed . The atmosphere overall was excellent w/ good music and friendly staff. Decor is pretty cool. Then the food. This chain of food has to understand the competition in their demographic. If you want people to spend close to $7.00 on a 3 taco meal w/ $7.00 queso nachos... make it unique. I could have traveled 2 miles east and ate lunch at amigos for a third of the cost. The beef was way to greasy, the beans that topped the nachos were cold thus making the entire entree cold, and the cheese tasted like it came out of a can. The kitchen was a slight bit dysfunctional too. They kept asking me if other peoples food was mine. Get it together people .

I ordered a burrito with beef, cheese, and salsa only. Since I did not want any other items in it, they left it out. However, I paid 6 bucks for a burrito the size of something I could have got a taco bell, and when I confronted them about it, they shrugged it off as if it were no big deal. I then emailed the manager with a picture of this burrito complaining about the quantity I received for the price I had paid. I did not get a response from anyone so it leads me to believe this chain just wants your money and doesnt care about quality. This place sucks go somewhere there is better mexican food, like Mi Tierras on Oakwood.

I used to love coming here, place was clean, good, came in tonight, the garbage was overflowing, good crushed all on the floor, tables were so filthy we had to wash the seats and table of ourselves and the food was terrible, tasteless, the chicken was burned and when I mentioned it to the guy behind the counter he just shrugged his shoulders and gave us the burned chicken anyway.. wont be back for sure

Mediocre place. Quantity is poor. Specially the meat in gumbo and borrito bowl. The fajitas are cut real big. How do they expect me to eat huge fajitas in the gumbo. Only consolation is, the food is tasty and there are not too many other good places nearby. I will visit again for lack of options.

Terrible customer service every time I go to this store. They will not clean the tables for you, and the portion they give varies from one person to the next. the more I think about it, the more I realize this store is sort of prejudiced. I have had enough and am ready to give Chipotle a try.

Manager needs to learn about customer service. Chipotle down the road is better with portions, manager was extremely rude when asked for little more meat. Not going back to this location. Only positive is they are open till 11, wouldnt recommend this location.

The meat is cooked well, and the tacos are full of flavor. However, a single taco can be a bit too pricey. Most notably, the staff is very friendly. Will recommend it since flavor such as this is hard to find up here in Michigan.

I come here for lunch often. Great flavor combinations and they always have something new in the works. Service is fast and friendly. Watch out for long lines during peak hours. Overall a great experience.

Packed constantly but quick service. I only get the nachos with chips on the side. The amount of side items and the level of customization you can do make for the best nachos possible and great for lunch.

No complaints... After all, American "Mexican food" is just beans, meat, cheese, and salsa either in a tortilla, on a tortilla, or next to a pile of fried tortillas - how could you go wrong?

Love the pop machine for something like 3000 different combinations of drinks! We think that portion sizes are perfect and is always delicious. Great place to stop in while shopping.
