I bought a gift certificate Christmas 2015 for my mother in the amount of $50. She proceeded to go into the shop in December 2016 to finally use her gift certificate. At that time the new owners told her they would not honor her gift certificate even tho it had only been a few days past the expiration date and basically shrugged their shoulders and told her oh well. I used to go to this Salon regularly even through their continuous cycle of new owners. Im very disappointed they would not honor the gift certificate or even offer her any other service or compensation. Needless to say I will not do business with such selfish people and will not be back to their salon.

Very good experience. They did a fantastic job on our manis and pedis. The people working there are friendly and knowledgeable. The late hours during the holidays were convenient. Will be returning there for sure. (Yes, the salt water fish tank is also very relaxing.)
