Very disappointed ! I went in as a new client because I was referred there , went in wanting one haircut but left with something completely different . However the stylist I used was very friendly and did everything to make it right. This is not y I am upset. Upon trying to make this appointment, it never got booked, so when i called in about my appointment the receptionist and I must have had a miscommunication. So I asked her maam can I go ahead and book my appointment with you . I was told she was a stylist (Amberley) and that her client walked in and she couldnt be on the phone with me:/ how unprofessional. I called back and asked to speak to Tiffany and was told she was on vacation or at a show and would be gone all week. I asked her to please have her call me . Well I never got the call returned . So when the mishap happened with my hair, I called and asked to speak with Tiffany again and when the receptionist told her who I was she "RELAYED " The message " tell her to take it up with her stylist first " now... not knowing that was the reason I was actually calling. I am very upset in how I was treated. I will never ever go back or send anyone there.

I have been a long term (years) customer of Structure Hair Studio and Jocelyn and have made numerous referrals as well. I recently missed an appointment (first EVER). Upon attempting to reschedule said appointment I was informed that I would need to pay a booking fee of $50 of which none would be applied to services received. I have no issue with the booking fee, however I do have issue with none of it being applied to services. I feel as though this is a rather unfriendly way to conduct a personal service business. I will not pay the fee and will find another salon with more customer friendly policies. The no show policy is a no show on website, in salon and in messages sent via text until after the "no show" has occurred. This is NOT a common practice among the higher end salons in the area, which I researched after this occurred. i was unable to find a single salon in the area with this hard line stance. They are entitled to their policies but not entitled to my business or loyalty.

I have had two visits at Structure Hair Studio and if you are out of town and looking for a super, yet affordable place to get your hair done, then this is definitely it. I have difficult hair - super curly, prone to dry out easily and not a lot of people have experience with this kind of hair. I have lived all over the world and have been to the most hip (Paris) and remote (Africa) hair salons in the world. Structure Hair studio has great hair products too and they dont force it on you like many places do. That makes you want to buy from them even more. Michele Granger did my hair both times and she is so professional and world class that you just know that your hair is in good hands. I agree with Emily that I would definitely not go anywhere else! This is a special place with a great team of professionals.

Ive been going to SHS for over a year now. I cant say anything but glowing things about this salon and the ladies in it. Specifically my hair stylist Amberly. Shes pretty much the most amazing person ever. I never know what I want to do with my hair and Im the worst at describing it, yet Amberly manages to always get it perfect and I always leave loving my hair more than the last time. Which I thought was impossible. Oh, and did I mention I drive over an hour to see her from Cobb County? A friend had told me about her a while back and I happily make the drive every 2 months. I promise you wont be disappointed.

I have been going to the Structure Hair Studio since January. I am pretty particular about my hair and have never left feeling anything less than beautiful. All the stylist and staff are so friendly. I make an hour and a half drive every six weeks! My stylist is Amberly. She has the sweetest spirit and always appeases my "Pinterest perfect" wishes. I will continue to be a loyal client and would recommend the salon to any one looking for a professional, friendly environment that offers outstanding services by talented stylists.

Im not really sure how many stars to give. I like the stylists and the quality of the service, but its such a pain to make and appointment. I almost always get a voice mail and when I made an appointment online (actual date and time WAS available), I got a message saying they would determine if they would accept me as a client and get back to me. Talk about belittling your clients! I wont go back.

I recently had a cut and tons of highlights done by a stylist, Amberly, at Structure Hair Studio. She did an excellent job. Fast, efficient, and talented. I saw many clients come and go as my color processed and everyone seemed please and excited about what theyd received. I wouldnt go elsewhere. This place is 100x better than any of the surrounding salons in Hall, Forsyth, and Lumpkin.

Amberly was absolutely wonderful! She did my hair and makeup for my wedding day and it was BEAUTIFUL. The makeup and hair held up all night long even with lots of dancing!
