Storage Renters Beware! This is a facility Built on a sloping site which means water trouble for your belongings! I stored at this facility for approximately a year. Various Items were stored in moving boxes and much of my stored personal items were unfortunately destroyed by condensation/mildew/water damage. A newly purchased weight set that I put into the storage unit was completely rusted out, books were ruined by moisture, and a number of pillows that were stored in boxes were mildewed and had to be tossed out. Unfortunately for me (and anyone else who rents from this facility), their renters policy (which their insurance provider will send after your items have been damaged) claims that they are not liable for damages caused by moisture.

With the quick sale of my Condo, we were in need of a place to store stuff rather quickly. I called and reserved the unit using the national number. Nick, the local manager, was eager to help us and called back within 5 minutes! Fast forward 1/2 hour (we didnt have much time folks), Nick greeted us on sight. He was very courteous, helpful, and professional. The location, although older, was neat and clean. We were very greatful to find such a nice place so close to home. I would not hesitate to recommend this storage facility!!

My mother Phyllis first spoke with a young lady name Patricia who showed her two 10 x 15 units, one inside and one outside. She went over the prices and was a very pleasant lady. She then decided to use Simply Self Storage and spoke with the General Manager Nick and he was very thorough in regards to the contract and general information. All in all it was a very painless and good experience.

I have stored my property at Simply Self Storage for about 3 years, and Ive been very happy with the facility. But Ive been most satisfied with the customer service I received. Nick, the manager, was able to help fix a mechanical issue with the door of my storage unit very quickly and effectively without any inconvenience on my part. Im very grateful for that level of service.

We just moved our stuff in a few weeks ago. The manager is very nice and helpful and explained our options so we could choose the right size for our needs. Its clean and easy to get in and out with the security gate. I dont like that you cant make payments ahead of time. They only take full payment and not partial.
