Customers who go to Scarlett Auto Body to purchase a car are usually in a financial bind and find this to be a good option. Unfortunately Scarlett auto will exploit your situation. As a woman I’ve been talked down to as well as having been completely dismissed when pointing out problems with the car such as wiper blades that stop intermittently in the middle of my view and cruise control that doesn’t operate correctly. The car I purchased had tires that were dry rotted and had to be replaced a couple months after my purchase. Most recently I fell one month behind on my payments and the car was repossessed. After paying all fees and payments due, I picked the car up and found that several new items from my direst sales company as well as a small amount of cash had been stolen from my car while in the care of Scarlett Auto. No matter your situation I would suggest you keep looking.

Scarlett Auto Body is a clean, professional, and well-run operation. Their facilities are fantastic (they even have cool fire trucks for kids to play with while waiting!) and their staff is kind. Professionalism and kindness go a long way these days! Im impressed.
