This rating should be zero stars. Took my jeep to this dealership for the first time to have regular service. I have only ever had my jeep serviced at Jeep dealerships since purchasing in 2014. I had a service contract for oil changes that I purchased at the Nashville dealership but since moving to Shelbyville I wanted to go closer to home. After a short wait I was told my car was ready and to go out to pick it up. I waited for a while before noticing that my car was being re-lifted in the shop. At this point we here technicians yelling "I forgot!!! I forgot!!" And another technician yelling back. After about five minutes of the car being re-lifted the check in girl came out and told us a ridiculous line about our inspection sheet being wrong. Figuring she had no idea what she was talking about, we waited until the car was driven around to us. We asked the technician who drove it around and we got an excuse about cleaning it. Two stories here. So we get in the car to leave and notice he wrong oil was put in and that the mileage wasnt as high. We couldnt find another technician so again asked the clueless check in girl who said that all dealerships only do 3,000 miles. Again, the TWO previous jeep dealerships did 5,000. We called the Nashville dealership to confirm what we have always used. They confirmed it and at this point we had left so we called back beaman to speak with a supervisor. Supervisor swears they put in the correct oil and that it must have been misprinted on the receipt. We have no way to prove what was actually put in so I just have to pray that they didnt completely screw up my car. Regardless of whether the right oil was used or not, having a technician screaming under my car about forgetting something isnt a good feeling. The only good part of that situation was that someone caught the mistake and re-lifted the car. From forgetting, to multiple stories, to possibly misprinting the receipt, anyway you look at it, this place is full of nothing but idiots. I will drive the extra miles to Nashville from now on.

So Ima rant for a minute, my aunt bought a BRAND NEW 2017 CHRYSLER from Beaman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Fiat in murfreesboro in February! In June of this year my aunt was leaving a friends house and every light on the dash popped on and then finally shut off on her. The car was towed to Beaman. (Thankfully it was under warranty) They had her car up until they TWO weeks ago so almost TWO MONTHS and said that the car had a blown head gasket and some timing issues but the car was fixed . (We originally thought maybe the person she was hanging out with tried to mess up her car). So two days ago my aunt was stopped at a redlight and when the light turned green she went to accelerate and the car shut off she flipped the key it turned right over she kept on going. So yesterday my aunt is on her way to work and guess what ? You got it the car SHUTS off completely and wont turn back over in the middle of the road, so today she goes to the dealership and she picks up a rental car very highly pissed off (since her car note is 600$ and shes been paying for 2 months and the car isnt drivable) and leaves about her business and finishes working. She gets a phone call a few hours before they close saying "your car is fixed it was completely out of oil." Well okay she said went and picked up the car for the SECOND time! My aunt drove home and then to a friends house in gallatin and before she could even get to the friends house THE DANG CAR SHUTS DOWN AND OUT AGAIN WITH NO TURN OVER OR STARTING BACK UP and guess what there was oil in the car! So here we are AGAIN! She has no car and no answers! Dodge has given her the run around for now 2 months and is CLEARLY not fixing the problem! So beware when you buy cars from beaman dodge. 1. There BRAND NEW CARS seem to break down. 2. They try to do the least/cheapest work possible (even though the warranty pays. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone! Needless to say Ill be going with my aunt tomorrow to maybe "try" and get some answers.

We were approved to buy a new 2016 Jeep Wrangler around $50,000; so, there are have no hard feelings based on our finances. Instead, this review is based solely on the experience we had with the sales staff and manager. We will not be purchasing any vehicle from this dealership. It has become apparent they do not care about customer service at all. We contacted them about a specific vehicle and were asked to come to the dealership around 5:30 to test drive and possibly purchase the vehicle. The dealership is a 1.5 hour drive for us. We arrived on time to test drive and determined we wanted it. They did not communicate during any of the buying process. Then proceeded to inform us that it was too late and we need to go home and they will contact us the next day to inform us if were approved. (Keep in mind they asked us to come at 5:30) The following day, there was no contact made. We ended up calling them to see if we were approved and they informed us we were. (Funny thing about it all is we were pre-approved for more money then we were even trying to purchase, prior to contacting the dealership. Overall, it was a terrible customer service experience. ) We decided to discussing buying the vehicle further before purchasing. The sales staff did not try to make any further contact with us. So, we decided to cancel the sale. When we called to cancel their response was, verbatim, "Okay." Honestly, no one wants to be hounded by a car dealership; but, there is difference between "hounding" and caring about your customers. This was my first Beaman experience, and I must say that it was an excellent one. Quite simply, this was due to the outstanding team of Dan Kirk, Mickey Dolan, and Harriette McBride. My work schedule is often erratic. Late nights and last minute business travel. Combined with the fact that the Fiat 500x is not sold on every corner, I figured it would take a few months to make a purchase. Dan Kirk, however, found exactly what I wanted and communicated numerous different lease options for me via both phone and text. With less than 24 hours notice, Mickey Dolan and the team found a solid deal and prepared all the paperwork ahead of delivery. A new, clean car was waiting for me with a full tank of gas. Im not sure if most dealerships fill the tank now, but this was never the case in the past. Mickey was very thorough, and remarkably pleasant. Finally, I must mention Harriette McBride in the financial department. She was certainly quick and experienced, but her personality made the final part of this transaction an absolute joy. If you could call this an average case of how things function at this dealership, I would recommend Beaman without hesitation. Thank you Dan, Mickey, and Harriette!

Yesterday, we decided to just look at our dream vehicle the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, when up walks a salesman by the name of Mickey Dolan, we flat out told him we didnt even want to attempt to run our credit because we didnt think it was going to look good for us plus we had ZERO money to put down at least that day. We even told him we were purposely hiding from him lol, however, Mickey convinced us that things would be OK & we reluctantly went to his cubicle :) It took some help from the management team but thanks to Mickey not only did we get our dream Jeep we got the color we wanted & the Sahara edition as well, the beautiful Jeep came with ALL the luxury extras... So if youre afraid your credit isnt the best & if you dont have the money to put down on your dream car just know that if youre at Beaman DONT HIDE just ask for Mickey... Hell make it happen! We still cannot believe we walked out of that dealership with more than we dreamed for & without putting anything down! Mickey was so positive & optimistic we realized halfway through our visit that he was going to make our dream come true! We cannot thank him enough weve been waiting several years to get this Jeep & now its ours!!!
