My insurance company sent me a list of repair shops. At first, I wanted to use a different repair shop and not ABRA because of a previous repair done elsewhere that satisfied me. I called that other shop and well...the person on the phone wasnt friendly nor helpful. I asked if they would look at the insurance produced estimate and the car to see if it appeared to be accurate and how many days to do the repairs. The answer was not what I expected. It was a take it or leave it response to my question. I drove to ABRA in Lebanon because it was down the street from my office. They werent where located I expected so I called and the person who answered the phone gave me clear directions. When I walked in, I received a prompt welcome. Two people immediately reviewed my insurance produced estimate and then they inspected my car. The manager helped me schedule the appointment and even helped the car look less damaged until the appointment next week. I was there less than five minutes in total. I think they will do an excellent job fixing my car next week.
