Very very unhappy! The experience started out good, but the went to hell. The repair was was estimated out for three weeks. We were told they would take care of everything from start to finish, including the body work, mechanical failures with the stabilitrac, traction control, and engine light. We dropped the car off. A couple days before pickup, they updated saying it was still scheduled for pickup on scheduled day. 2 days later, we were informed it would be another 3.5 weeks. 3 weeks later, there was an update that the vehicle was at the dealer getting the traction control and stabilitrac taken care of. That Friday, a couple days after the update, my wife was to pick up the car on Monday, I told her to call to make sure we were good for pickup on Monday. They told her that the car was still at the dealer and now the engine had no oil pressure and was waiting on insurance adjuster to look at it (they originally did the adjustment and estimate their self). Now that they have put about $9500.00 worth of body work in it, they dont want to fix the engine problems. We drove the vehicle just fine into their shop. They were able to start the vehicle and drive it in and around their bays. They had taken the engine and transmission out during the body repair, and now, once they put it back in, and start the car, the engine is knocking, making noise, and shouldnt be driven? Not to point the finger, but how is it that i didnt have any of these issues prior to bringing it in there, now its just coincidence the motor goes bad by just sitting there? The Engine, traction control, and stabilitrac light has been on ever since the wreck and was on when we brought the vehicle in. They were supposed to get the car back in the original condition prior to wreck. We went to pick up the vehicle today(9weeks later), and all of those lights are still on, and now the motor is in a non-diveable state? No noises or driving problems prior to dropping it off. Now It is knocking, rattling and sounds like crap. Really cant even drive it! This company is a joke. They are only worried about being able to do the collision side of things and getting their money, and they sub the rest out. They pinched the insurance company down to the penny before it would of beem totaled out. The original estimate prior to ooening hood was between $3000- $4000. After they got it in there, it went up to $9,500. The mechanical issues should of been diagnosed prior to putting $9,500 worth of body work into it. The vehicle should probably of been totaled out, now the insurance doesnt want to pay, and they dont want to take responsibility of the motor!?! I am not doubting that they have done some good work for people in the past, but they extremely failed on this one and dont want to own up to it! To top it off, after all that and sending me out of there with basically a non working motor, they still had me pay them the $500.00 deductible. We will be obtaining a lawyer for this one as we have all maintenance records and do not neglect our vehicles. Thank you Diamond Collision for the pretty yard ornament!

This is important because, I, like everyone Im sure, lead an extremely hectic life. It is nice when you are in and out in under an hour for a quote. They made the whole process very easy.

Very friendly and I like being able to view the progress however quality control overlooked a run in the clear coat and a loose trim piece. Very obvious mistakes that even a laymen could see. Now I have to take time from work to quickly repair these minor flaws. Overall, average work but friendly, helpful staff.

NEVER again will we ever take another vehicle there! After they "fixed it" none of the inside door mechanics worked. Now, having to take it Somewhere else to fix out of pocket, after they pocket the money from the insurance company. Dont go there find somewhere else. I wish someone would have warned me.
