After a massive hail storm, we were instructed by our insurance company to go up to this garage to get an inspection. Upon getting into the garage and talking with the garage owner for a moment about our situation, in front of a room full of people, he announced at the top of his voice "Now I want you to be perfectly honest with me, do you plan to get the work done or are you just going to take the CHECK?" Embarrassed and infuriated at his insinuation, we left and called our insurance company. I understand times are hard and you need to make a living somehow, but there is no need to sacrifice customers service or plain human decency to get a point across. I want everyone to know that this is the kind of place that does not care about the treatment of their customers and is likely to treat the vehicles they work on in the same fashion. Stay Away

Went to this place this morning to get estimate and get work started. They refused to work on the car stating "previous work" . They did offer to give an estimate, (for what?) I will NEVER have this company repair anything of mine. I get it, but a 10 year old could have fixed this damage, barely a bumper cover and paint. Not a large enough repair? Too many other people trying to throw money at them? Who knows.....? A major insurance company recommended these guys, They even gave the insurance company the "on-hold-runaround"!! Do they want to talk to you?? Thanks for wasting my time. #209 Church St. Murfreesboro
