What in the name of American Bell Telephone is going on with this place? I call all day long to get an appointment and NO ANSWER! This has happened on more then a few occasions and when I bring it to the owners/managers attention she looks down as she counts her cash without acknowledging me or giving an explanation for this very strange, unprofessional procedure. Why this owner is inclined to choose when to pick up her business phone throughout the day makes no sense. Not only is this bad business she is wasting my time so I now have to call my nail techs personal cell number in which to make appointments Crazy!

I wish I didnt have to give them a star to post this but whatever. Me and my friend got our nails done here yesterday. When we got home we noticed that our nails were not smooth nor did they look like they were supposed to. We tried going back to get our money back and they wanted to sit there and argue with us, and then tell us that we have to get our nails taken off before they give us our money back, even after we explained that my friend has to work today and we dont have time for that. I have never been more upset and displeased with a nail salon until I came to this one. Never going here again.

Worst pedicure ever. I phoned to ask about some experienced and told yes. Got there they sit me in a chair water was cold. Then they give me a man who kept turning around to see what others were doing I asked him several times about buffer he used, not sterile looked like it had caked on nail dust, when I said something he sprayed it with alcohol said we sterile before. Nails not shaped, polish everywhere. Told owner I was not happy. She said we do for free next time, made me pay you can bet I will NOT be returning for any free from them. By far one of the worst experiences Ive ever had pedicure lasted all of 15 minutes my feet maybe soaked for two minutes each didnt cut away any dead skin around my toes and scrubbed only the heel of my foot for about five seconds each I wanted to tell him to stop and put my shoes on and leave the whole time not worth the money or the time what a joke!!! Never come back or recommend anyone waist 30 or more dollars there please be advised:(!

I couldnt agree more - I have been going since it opened, and it was clean - the staff had smiles & great attitude. They all had the same color lab coat on, with a different color for each day of the week. There was rarely a wait and they had a steady staff. Now, it is dirty, the people are very unfriendly and dont speak English so you cant communicate. It has run down since the Mrs. has taken it over. Id switch if I were you.

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done. I got a shellac manicure and upon leaving noticed that the second coat of polish on my nails did not fully cover the surface of my nail, making the color difference very noticeable. I went back in and asked to have that adjusted and they did, however when I got home my nails were not smooth and actually started peeling. I will not be going back.

I went here for my wedding October 2013 and have been scarred by the following: -Techs acted cold and VERY uninviting -One tech was watching repeatedly an animal cruelty video on what looked like YouTube, it was so horrific it is to that day burned into my memory. -I was charged $50 for a manicure which grew out within 3 days. NOT WORTH THE MONEY, you will leave scarred I promise you!!!!!!

The receptionist NEVER got off her personal al cell phone. When checking out she didnt even acknowledge my presence. When picking our my pedicure color she told me they had all matching shellac colors. Well after my pedicure, I was told they didnt. So I have shiny red toenail color and dull raspberry color on my Fingernails!!!!!!!! The tech was good but I will never go back.

If you are in a hurry and want a fast job they are great ( I go there often- quick in and out) but if its your wedding or you like perfect nails then go to Happy Nails across 23 they do more quality nails. I will say that one thing I really enjoy about this place is that they have hot towels and give you a hand massage instead of making you get up and wash your hands. I love that.

Lots of techs so not a long wait. Staff was pleasant . I went for a full set and Im happy. Took about 45 mins for her to do and I didnt feel rushed out of there. They only do tips in cash so if you are using your charge, just keep that in mind. Fairly clean too. Ill definitely go back.

Nail Salon Tech... where to begin. This place is horrible. Please dont go there. The man who did my nails made sure to make my cuticles bleed and when he buffed my nails, they actually became uneven and disgusting. Im very very regretful that I went here.

Im so glad that I came. There was no wait which is always a plus. The lady took care of my nail was very helpful and paid attention to the tiniest details on my nails. I really loved the new look of my nails. Will be back!

I find that my pink and white checked it it was just wonderful it is such a great job of cleaning gloves safe for me or for making the perfect atmosphere for me! Its so affordable price I love it!
