I brought my son in to get a haircut. We told them he likes to keep it long on top and in the front. I told them to err on the long side. That we DO NOT want it short. We were VERY specific. They did NOT listen at all!! They chopped his hair & just kept hacking away at it. I said repeatedly it was too short. They just kept on cutting. Apparently I should have yelled and grabbed the scissors to make them stop, but we were in public. My son is very upset. He has to wear a beanie everyday until it grows out. It is the worst haircut I have ever seen. Not only is it nothing we asked for, it is uneven. One side is shorter than the other. It is frustrating bc once they cut it too short there is NOTHING that can be done. These people need to learn how to listen & not just do what they want to do. Hideous haircut. Will NEVER go back!!!!

Called and made an appointment. Showed up, they said they had no record of it and I would have to wait 40 min for the 3 people in front of me. Walked right out since such unprofessional people are not getting any of my business. Go to great clips at barrow crossings, much friendlier service and their online check in actually works.
