Horrible I went Tuesday there and got my nails done and my feet okay ..... first of all my nails are crooked they dont look like the coffin style nail like I wanted they didnt even let me pick my own colors I wanted orange and pink and I got white and pink because the lady kept trying to tell me it wouldnt look right so I just let her do it I didnt have time to fuss with her then I asked for an design and they couldnt do that either so yeah okay now my feet Im 8 months pregnant I wanted to relax with my feet in the water ummm yeah that didnt happen I put my feet in the water she started right then I maybe sat in the chair 5 min and she was done with my feet i was mad as hell and when I got home my paint on my toes have already came off two toes I went back the next day they repainted the two toes and here it is Thursday just got in bed and I noticed the paint is gone off again I will never go back not worth the money at all!!!!!!!!

I wish I could give this a negative star. I made an appointment to get a full set and pedicure. my pedicure was rush through because one of her regular customers came late (I used to go every other weekend ). when I told amy that my pedicure was rushed she told me she could not do my full set due to her clients getting backed up because of the parking on the square. I explained to her that I made my appointment week in advance and it was not my fault they came late. Amy and her husband was very rude. My money spends just like the older customers Every time I had service from the business I spent $60 or more so they could have showed more professionalism. I will never go back and I tell my friends do not go there

This does not even deserve one star. The workers were very polite, but when we went in, my friend and I knew we were not going to get our nails done there for my wedding. We walked in because of the "Walk-ins welcome." However, they need to put "Walk ins only welcome depending on what you want." We told one worker what we wanted, and another chimed in saying we should do "just gel." That is not what we wanted, so we inquired about other services saying that we wanted something nice for my wedding. She congratulated me, but although there were NO other appointments, she had no time. She was just "waiting" for it to become busy. If I could put negative stars, I would. Unfortunately, that option doesnt exist.

I absolutely love Tropical Nails!!! Ive been a regular customer since 2008. My mother now goes there and when my sister is visiting from South Carolina she goes as well. One thing that I can say is that in all my years of going there, Ive never seen any dirty equipment or stations. That is one thing I really appreciate about them. It is always very relaxing and restful for me when I visit. I always look forward to going for my manicure/pedicure. I just had a manicure today and my hands look fabulous!!! Thanks girls!!!!

I decided to try this nail salon last Saturday morning right before the opened and they were nice to get me in with out an appointment. specially Christmas weekend; within minutes they were so busy with their clients but never felt rushed , I enjoy my Pedicure and the best massage ,with Sari. is a family owned so it feels cozy based on what I heard and read on sites . I was not disappointed Ill be back for my gel nails if few weeks.

So disappointed. Booked a bridal party and got a call that they couldnt handle our party of 7 so they cancelled on us after paying a deposit. Heard great things about this place. Why advertise you do bridal parties if you cant handle one?

Tropical Nails is the best place in the Conyers/Covington area to get your nails done! Gracie & Soribel are precise & very thorough. They are also amazing nail artists! They can do all kinds of designs!

I went to get a manicure and pedicure today. They wouldnt help me and there werent any customers in the store. If you dont accept walk ins there shouldnt be a sign on the sidewalk.

I love this salon! Everyone is super nice and friendly. They also use the plastic inserts for the pedicures. Since I have found them, I will not go anywhere else.
