Ever since my stylist relocated, i have been struggling to find a new one. I have decided to try new local salons by purchasing Groupon or other social deals. I purchased a Groupon for Texture 7 Salon and had to book 3 weeks in advance for an evening appt. The day before my appt I received a call to confirm. I was really looking forward to getting my hair done as it was long overdue for a cut and style! The next day, I left work early so I would be on time. I got a call en route to let me know they were cancelling. When I tried to reschedule, it took a 15 minute call to reschedule. I wasnt able to get another appt until a holiday weekend in 3 more weeks! Further, my Groupon would be expired and I would have to "pay the difference." I contacted Groupon for a refund. If you work, phone them first to see when you can get in before purchasing any Groupon!!! cancel.

I purchased a $48 groupon for designer cut, highlight/lowlight, & style and was serviced by Jennifer last night. I couldnt be happier with service or the results. Jennifers experienced hands and astute eye turned my hair into exactly what I wanted. Not only that, but I did not feel like I was being rushed through because of my groupon discount. Jennifer listened to what I said and took her time consulting and cutting. A true expert! She recommended I do both highlights and lowlights, and the color is awesome. She also put a "sealant" on my hair so that the color would last longer. I didnt expect a sealant to come with my coupon, but was pleasantly surprised, none the leass. Jennifer also told me to stop by any time and shell be happy to trim up my neckline at no charge. Thats what I call customer service! I scheduled my next appointment immediately.

Ive been here twice so far, once for a facial and the other time for a cut/highlights. I was amazed with the results I had from both. Kelly, the facialist, and Jennifer, the hairstylist, are great at what they do. Definitely going back.

This salon is great. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and thebprices are very reasonable. My stylist, Donna Lamore, does a fantastic job every time. I leave my appointment looking my best.
