Worst experience ever with cashier Ashley. She didnt give me the right amount of change back. Shorted me 7 dollars. Refused to refund my gift card. I had returned an eyeshadow pallet then the way she handled the change dispute made me return my other item because I was so ticked off at her ignorance . I gave her a 100 after all my items were returned I left with a total of 93 dollars. Does that make sense? I dont have 7 to just throw away because someone else is stupid and cant count. Then the fact she wouldnt refund my gift card was unbelievable . NEVER SHOPPING AT ANY ULTA AGAIN. Ashley in the Brighton ulta completely ruined my experience there and made me never want to set foot in another ulta store if those are the kind of people the company hires.

I have been to this store many times and not once have I not had to wait in a long line while 2 clerks check people out. They dont seem to be able to figure out how to call for back up. This time they told me people were on break (Read: So you paying customers just have to suck it up and wait). Everybody in line was talking about the bad service. They dont apologize for the wait, thank you for your patience...nothing. Its nice to be able to go to a store that has all of these products, but lets face it, its all available online and thats where Im heading in the future. I gave it one star because I had to in order to post this-otherwise it would have been ZERO

I love the products at this store, the prices are great, and the store is usually clean. I consistently have bad experiences with the customer service though. I swear I went in there today and there were so many employees around but nobody asked me if I needed help finding anything. Instead, there was some type of manager following me around the store as if Im trying to steal. She didnt say one word to me, just creeped around. This isnt the first time Ive had this experience at that Ulta but Im not a shady person. I dont know if Ill keep going back or start ordering makeup online.

I walked in wanting a fresh new look. My stylist (Megan M) helped me figure out what works with my facial features. I love the way my color and style looks. I enjoyed my salon experience from my hair shampooing,(btw was very relaxing) color, cut, and style. Megan made sure I knew how to style my new cut. Even helped me pick out products I could afford. I cant wait for my next appointment. I will definitely be back.
