This place doesnt even deserve a one star review. We took an ATV to get fixed and they took over a week to get it looked at. Once they did it took them about another week to actually fix the ATV. They claimed that the work that was done had warranty. I had to bring it back to them a second time for the same problem. Per usual, they took a couple of weeks to look at and only updated me because I called them. They stated that the warranty didnt cover anything and the manager stated that I either had to pay or take my ATV somewhere else. The only way I would recommend someone here is if you want to throw away your money and have them fix something after a month you take it in. The worst place to do business with.

Weve had both family vehicles serviced at Winners Brownstown location and have always been satisfied with the service. Each time weve visited, the staff has been very personable and stood by their motto of integrity. On one occasion, there was believed to have been a major issue with one of the vehicles and after 2 mechanics tested the vehicle, we were contacted and told that there were no issues found; the vehicle has been performing without a hitch since. As a relatively new and satisfied customer, I share this experience as a result of the countless stories reported about dishonest repair shops. Ill recommend Winners in Brownstown, MI as a place to have your vehicle serviced without hesitation.

FIVE STARS!!!! If you have questions, they are answered in detail. Have had several vehicles serviced myself as well as other family members and friends. TOP NOTCH! Estimates given prior to work, so no surprises! Winners Auto & Cycle Repair really cares about their customers experience from my experiences. Cant say that I have ever experienced that anywhere else over the years. TRUSTWORTHY! Heres an example: Had question about a particular item that I thought had an issue and they looked at it and said no issue. Anywhere else may have charged me for a repair I didnt need. I would highly recommend!!!

Cindy Roman, I have been dealing with Winners Auto and Cycle for years. From, my personal vehicles to my Harley, my grandkids mini bikes, four wheelers, to my parents vehicle. Your statement is so untrue about WAC. Once i had a part fail (its happens) i was 500 miles away, called WAC, they said no worries our parts and repair is nationwide warranty, they gave me a 800 number and i was on my way. I trust NO ONE but WAC to work on all of my motor vehicles. Cindy you really need to think about your problem and rethink your comments. These guys are the best in the business.

900 miles from home and no one (all the local ford dealerships) willing to help us in less than a week just for a diagnostic, we were stranded. Winners Auto & Cycle was more than accommodating to us. They Performed Diagnostic services on our Ford F550 that day and had us back on the road to Georgia 2 days later! Do Not waste your time with the mainstream big names.Take your vehicle to Winners, best shop in the area!

I have had my car in for service a few times. Always given an estimate & found the pricing very fair. I was treated with respect during every interaction. During a time when my nephew lived with me, he was in an accident & his car was too damaged to drive. The owner drove all the way to Warren, MI to pick it up! Now that is service.

They took my parts right in and quoted half a day service and were spot on! Great price compared to other quotes! Work they preformed looked very professional! What a horrible place. While my sons car was in their possession his radio was stolen. All the money he spent to have the car repaired and still has issues. I would NOT EVER recommend this place to anyone. They are a rip off!!!!
