I had a problem the few were willing to fix… I drove around to three dealerships before I happen to stop in to Redford automotive for directions. Steve looked at me asked me what the trouble was and then said I will take care of you. I cant say enough about how good of a group these guys are at Redford automotive. They took care of my problem at a reasonable price and are incredibly hospitable. Hassan, Steve keep up the great work. Ladies you can trust these guys ~ very respectful.

I was quoted an outrageous amount by another shop to replace parts that were unnecessary. Brought my car in with the front end noise. They looked it over and found it to be a loose part. Nothing had to be replaced. They tightened it and had my car done same day. Went in again with my other vehicle with SAME front end noise, they tries quoting me over $1,000. Done with this place.
