My drivers side window wouldnt go back up, my son told me he takes his truck to this shop all the time and added if need be they would work with me. So I went the Next morning, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, they pulled my car back right a way. They accessed the problem and determined the main switch was out, well I explained I didnt get paid until Friday and only had so much at the time. What they did was put the window up for me just for the amount of what it took to discover the problem, I was also asked if I wanted them to disconnect the switch altogether until I could make it back to fix the problem. Well, needless to say, I chose to leave it hooked due to the other windows being connected. (Clearing throat) about a day or two later, I pushed the button!! I humbly took it back today, was fully willing to pay them what I had (mind you I still had to wait until Friday pay) got there as soon as they opened. The receptionist saw me parked outside, remembered me. She was just opening up the place, told me to give her a minute, another customer came in front of me. She finished up, asked me for my keys they immediately took the car back. In the meantime Im waiting so I can pay for their help, about 10 min or so later. She came in said it was all done!! They didnt charge me anything!? I tell you...this took away any extra stress this could have caused aside from my daughter being in the hospital and having to drive with that window down in the cold, going to work, taking my son to school and parking! May I add the mechanic who put my window back up came in the lobby and told me to have a great day, they also pulled my car up for me with the heat on. You all are and were more than a great help, you were a God send! keep on dealing with your customers with dignity and respect and how you would want to be treated. And God will continue to honor that and your business will continue to be blessed and grow! I will recommend this shop to everyone I know! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!! About 15 years ago, I only took my cars to the dealer, I was getting overcharged, and I knew it. I was talking to my grandpa and he told me to take it to this little shop called M & M, I was skeptical, but trusted my grandpa so the next break down I went. My car was checked at the dealer, and they had told me everything I need and they gave me huge bill. I walked in and told them what mt car was doing to see if they were as honest as my grandpa said. I didnt tell them I had it at the dealer. They put my car in, got some figures together and a list of what should do now and what I can wait on. They showed me the problems and how they will fix. I was shocked. They were so honest. The price was way less than the dealer tried to charge me. I have been coming back ever since. They honor their warranties without trying to blame you, they take care of their customers like family. I send my kids there now to get their cars fixed. You dont have to wait days to get your car back either. They are priced fair and they know what they are talking about. The best part of M & M is the fact that you can go back there and see that same faces through the years, the same people I started with are still there. You dont find that anywhere. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND M & M. They are good people.

At first, I was happy at the fast service and satisfied with the business. But they lie and charge you for parts not put on your car. I didnt find out until I got an oil change the Penzoil guy say Im leaking transmission and need to replace the lines. But this was like a couple months laters, which I get a oil change every month. They just did a patch up job clearly. Which I paid $85 for a brand new line and another $85-90 to get it fixed by them. Never a new line, just some black rubber piping. Im making a review now, because they fixed my heat blower too and now thats a problem again. Which made me think, did they not fix the blower also with new parts I paid for again. Smh....just a thought. But for sure they played me on my transmission line. Be careful. Check your parts. Buy your own parts, you know for sure they are new. I just learned, and I save more money just paying for labor. My second time around a knew better. I ordered my parts from the dealership and got it fixed. Havent been back to them since that incident.

These people are awesome!! I have been taking my wifes car (Karens car) here for a couple of years now . She has a 2005 ford focus that they have been keeping running fine! They just fixed her exhaust on her car and did a great job. At first I went to another garage to get a price and they wanted to replace the whole exhaust and charge us 400.00 bucks. I knew they were trying to rip us off. So finally, I took it up to M&M which I should of in the first place (sorry for straying guys : ) and it only cost me around 150 bucks to fix the exhaust, it didnt need to be replaced . In short I highly recommend everyone to stop by M&M for fast, reliable, & HONEST service!!! for all of your auto repair needs. Thank you M&M!!!

They are very awesome, loyal and trustworthy people. They keep their word, and do EXCELLENT work. I bought a 2008 grand Prix. When I test drove it, it was only two things I had a problem with. I told them and I said once those little things are foxed give me a call. I couldnt get the car off my mind, so I called about an hour or two later and asked when did they think it would be ready for another test drive. Tish who is so darling, said they were working on it as we spoke. I went back, they fixed the things i complained about. I bought it. Mason told me, any problems, you bring it to me. And he has been doing just that. I love them and highly recommend them. They are awesome sauce

Ive been coming to M&M for the last 6 years. At the time Id recently moved back to Michigan from California. And, it was hard finding a reliable and trustworthy repair shop. M& M is honest and fair in prices. I recommend anyone to come in and get repair work. Tish the manager she explains the repairs to you so you understand. And, shell even walk you in the back with the mechanics. And, the mechanics will show you what needs to be fixed. And, to those who think I got paid or was offered a discount to give a review. Honestly, I wasnt paid or offered a discount at all. M&M is a trustworthy place to get repairs done.

Put in a older escort with brake problems, was supposedly both rear lines. 400 dollars later it was clear that they were not bled and Tested them as soon as it left the shop. Called the shop back and was told to take it to another shop and that if I brought it back it would not get looked at until Monday. I feel that in the shadow of a very dangerous malfunction amd obvious negligence there be at least a minimum concern for the safety of their customers.
