Michael & Sons should be put in the “Hall of Shame”. I took my car in to their shop for struts and spins. It cost me $500.00, I am a low income woman and could not afford this but I had to get it fixed. I got a call from them saying that my brake line is leaking. I said how can that be, my brakes were in great shape. Michael told me that it rusted out and broke. What had happen was when they put my car on the lift they put the bracket on the brake line and smashed it. I could see the marks on it. Michael wanted to charge me $175.00 to fix it, why should I have to pay for the repair when they are the ones who damage it. So when I left the repair shop I had no brakes. I took my car to another auto repair shop and they told me that is what happened. I just want to say Thanks to Auto Lab for fixing it for free. I just want to say “SHAME on YOU”

A friend recommended Michael & Sons when my son needed his truck repaired. They gave us a great price and wonderful service. My son noticed a noise on the way home and they were closed for the day. We called the next day and hoping they could look at it the following Monday as my sons daughter was home sick and we didnt want to drag her around sick. They picked up his truck, repaired it and returned it within an hour. They also gave us a card for 10% off our next repair over $50 for our inconvenience. Their customer service is amazing, theyre honest and they charged us a great price for our repairs. I will recommend them to everyone.

Great honest service. Today was my first visit and what I was sure was a bad wheel bearing and was ready to fork over $200+ to repair was not a wheel bearing. Michael had a suspicion it was a broken parking brake pad behind the rotor, and it was just that. Turned out to be a very quick $50 repair. Staff was friendly, and good honest work. Cant ask for more. Great mom and pop shop, and would go back again and recommend to friends and family.

First time taking my 2007 edge here I must say Very Happy. Front desk very pleasant and techs Very Helpful They explained everything that had to repaired and why it needed to repaired I would recommend this auto shop before going anywhere else I hope I dont need any further repairs besides the one I had today and the one I have to get next week...But if so I will for sure Take it to these Guys For sure....
