Car: 300c 5.7L hemi Issue: I had them replace my water pump a year before and had a terrible experience to the point I promised not to go there (you just can smell the dishonesty on their breath). My water pump ended up failing again so I took it back and had to pay 750$ to fix! After fixing they left my coolant cap half way on so my car overheated while on the other side of town and I got stuck at a gas station. In addition to leaving the cap off they never fixed the problem because the car still had issues and the belt also had a horrendous squeak noise due to them spilling coolant on the pulleys while changing the water pump. When I asked about the terrible squeak ( I have a really nice car that now has a really loud squeak) the answer I got was, "thats just part of the job, just drive till the squeak goes away or replace the belt (a good belt) for an additional 100$." SO I JUST PAID 750$ TO REPLACE MY WATER PUMP AND YOU ARE TELLING ME I HAVE TO DEAL WITH A SQUEAK FOR A LONG TIME, TILL IT GOES AWAY? These guys are very dishonest and will rip you off. If you would like an honest service go to Affordable auto on vanborn in Dearborn heights. I have no affiliation with them outside the fact that the guy at the counter seems really honest (gut feeling) and his prices are VERY reasonable. Those guys at metro 25 firestone are completely unreliable, dishonest, rip offs that dont understand that the new age of business is about meeting the customers needs and not trying squeeze your customer of every cent without fixing anything. The customer feeds the business... Dont bite the hand that feeds you....

Find another Tire Shop!!! The above reviews are pointless to base this shops services on. Plugged tires? Fast tire changes? Your talking about ten minutes or work! These are not one armed mechanics using wrenches. Its a shop! The "Guys" at the desk are scammers. This shop charges more than any shop within 10 mile radius. They charge $20 to "inspect" ( shake your front wheels) and tell you that you need new parts or you cant get car aligned. Everything is up sale ( even if you were not recommended to get new tires but to plug instead only means you will be buying a new tire way sooner than later, now your tire is $20 more than you expected) .They do not have the "$20 inspection" listed as a service, and compared to other shops front inspections are FREE ( even BELLE TIRE is FREE inspection) I hope who ever owns this shop reads this and changes their business tactics to better service the community. $18 for a plugged tire? You could have gotten a lightly used tire for less than $50 with no plugs. Also fast does not mean good. You want me to cook your meat fast?

These guys get 5 stars, plus they are super nice! At first I was not sure if they were going to work with me or not, but they totally did and I am super thankful! 9 months ago I got new shocks put on the front and a little over a month ago when turning the wheel a awful creaking noise would happen. It sounded like everything was falling apart. I took it in to get looked at and it ended up being from the mount area of the new shocks. The warranty was for 1yr or 12,000 miles. I was slightly over the 12,000 miles and for sure under the yr. At first they did not think they would be able to cover it because I was over the allowed miles, but they said we will see what we can do. I left disappointed, shocks are not cheap! The next week they called me with the BEST NEWS EVER and said they would replace everything at no charge!! Today everything got replaced and the noise is gone and my car is driving good!! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!!!

This firestone location is a joke the owner is completely incompetent I had my vehicle inspected they recommended that I replace parts on my front end after I had my vehicle fixed I took it to get a alignment at that time I was told that the work firestone recommended to get fixed was only half the problem so much for getting a inspection from firestone after talking with the the mechanic at the alignment shop and finding out that they firestone should of recommended that I just buy the kit to fix the front end I called the owner at firestone and his words to me were that hes a incompetent idiot and a scam of a owner so if you want work done on your vehicle like people crap go to his shop.

I have never written a review on any business. Firestone of Taylor deserves some kind of recognition. The staff is great! They are friendly and exceptionally fast. I never expect tire exchanges/patches to be speedy considering how intensive it can be. They have exceeded my expectations time and time again. I would never go anywhere else! I was told my tire was beyond repair when I called Belle Tire. Their lowest grade tire would have set me back $275.00! Firestone Taylor patched the tire weeks ago for $16.00 and it is still going strong! Just had them patch another tire yesterday. They never try to convince you to get all new tires. I want to bake everyone brownies! So happy!

They did a lot of work for my Emma (2006 Lincoln Zephyr), What happen I was at UPS in Livonia warehouse off Amerhme rd, and some cement contractor did barricade where they pour the cement. I drove right into it and it screwed up my car, took my car to these guys and they restored her front end and the rear end better than factory and re- done my brakes. by the time we were done the bill was about $2200 dollars but Allstate paid for it all minus $150 my deductible and I got a free rental car while the boys rebuilt my Emma, it been 10,000 plus miles and my car drives better than new. thank you Metro 25 and Allstate for everything! AWESOME!

Needed new tires and was worried about the cost! Mike was so helpful in directing me to the right tires for me. I needed them to be safe in the snow but not be outrageously priced. Mike picked out the perfect tires for me that were in my price range. When I came to have the work done, the staff was ready and waiting for me and took excellent care of me and I was in and out without a problem. Even had a cup of coffee while waiting! :) Would definitely trust Mike and the team at Metro 25 Firestone with any of my car care needs!

Do not take your car here!! They left The lug nuts loose on my car and a week later my tire flew off my car. It ruined my rim. It was an after market rim so they replaced it with an all black rim which didnt match. I checked the lug nuts on the tire they just replaced and they were still loose. I had to tighten them down myself before I left the parking lot. Mechanics are obviously incompetent if they cant even do the easiest part of their which is tightening 5 bolts on a tire.
