This is by far the worst USPS branch i have ever worked with and thats saying a lot. I have had packages lost, misplaced, destroyed and anything else you can think of at every postal service company and branch i have used. However this USPS branch by far is the worse, I have had a total of 6 packages come in and one has only arrived at my door step without errors or fault. Today knowing that i was having a package delivered to this location i wanted to avoid the past problems by picking up the package at the office. When i called the office i sat listening to the phone right for 5min and when someone finally picked up it was some snarky girl who sounded as though it was her first day on the job. I was getting no where by phone to confirm my packages arrival so i drove into the post office thinking "fine i will just pick it up". Wow now the spiral into madness begins, first Im told that fedex dose not ship to USPS when I had writing stating that my packaged was smartposted to the canton USPS location. Then after talking the person through that, he tried to cause some sort beef with my addressee being incorrect and stating they wouldnt deliver the package. Again i walked the fool through basic postal stuff and he finally goes "Fine!! ill check" he spent a grand total of 30sec checking, then comes back and says we dont have it. So now i am left with no package, and writing a complaint to USPS to get my money back for a lost package. 5/6 utterly pathetic performance at this location a 1/10 and customer service 1/10.

I have not had much interaction with the employees at the post office itself, my issue is with the delivery of my mail. Have been waiting for a package and it should have been delivered the next business day (do to blocked mailbox which we do take responsibility for) the notice that it couldnt be delivered was even given until after 7pm. I called the help desk today and was told it is sitting at the office - and should have been delivered the next business day per USPS policy. There are 3 different mail carriers and only one actually seems to care so I dont think that the package was being delivered by him however my issue is WHY was it not put on the truck for delivery the next day? We consistently get the wrong mail even with duplicate address (same number different street in a completely different subdivision!)sticker and numerous complaints that it is not our mail - notices put on the envelope stating not correct address with replies of (this is 7492 - it was delivered correctly from the carrier. I realize that there is a lot of mail to sort, but there is a notice for my address that it is duplicate. - We have missed and have had important mail delivered late because it is at the mercy of the person who receives our mail (because yes they have the same issue) to remember to put it in the mailbox for redelivery. One mail carrier actually double checks what goes into my mailbox and has even come back around while on route if something was missed. The other 2 do not seem to care.

Just left this location. I am a Canton resident. I wouldnt normally review a USPS much less someone at the front desk but this particular woman looked me up and down, literally barely said hello and rolled her eyes at me. Never said thank you, or even asked what I was there for until I told her... in which she proceeded to ignore me and wouldnt look me in the eye. She didnt communicate period. I was so upset because my son was with me. I will never visit this location again!! The blond woman is very rude, appears to hate her job and obviously other caucasian women. My father has worked for the USPS for 30 years, an was a grateful employee who loved being in the service industry. I am embarrassed that people like her are able to obtain employment and others who would be grateful are struggling.

Given a chance I will not patronize this post office. The staffs think they are doing everyone a favor. I have been trying for a month to get one bloody appt for a passport renewal. Either no one picks up the phone or the phone line automatically cuts off after few rings. Finally I had a staff on the line and the earliest appt given was after Jan 19th and was telling me why I was doing these in the last minute. I will not even give one star for the worst possible service. Just because they are government employees, please do not think you are doing us a favor. Its a job and that job can easily replaceable by anyone who takes the job seriously. Million thumbs down.

For the past 2 months, we have consistently been getting mail from other addresses. Neighbors have been getting our mail. Thankfully, some of our mail has been given back to us because of our neighbors kindness. I tried to call to make the postal service aware of this problem, but the wait was an hour. I am very disappointed in our service and unable to talk to anyone about the root of the problem. Please remove the employee that is responsible for this really disturbing problem. We are not getting our mail, and some of it is very important. We are receiving other neighbors private and important mail. This is a huge problem, not just a one time occurence.

The carrier who services my address can not read. I constantly get mail for a different person, different street but same house number. I guess reading the street name or recipient is not in their scope of things they do, what BS..of course if I am getting mail for this other house, they are getting my mail, and of course they must simply throw it away b/c we never get anything that has been marked as delivered to the wrong address. Try to complain yeah that will get you far. The people who work there should be ashamed and embarrassed, but they are not. Instead they whine about how busy they are. STAY AWAY STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

I sell many items on eBay. Before PayPal allowed me to print my postage online, I had to deal with this post office daily. The personnel behind the counter are nasty and unfriendly. They think they know more than me about mailing items. I mail anywhere from 20 - 50 items weekly, so I think I know what Im doing by now!!! They routinely asked me "what are you mailing" which is NONE of their business! They also routinely question whether or not an item I mail "media" mail is truly "media". Why suspect Im a liar??? Anyway, if I must go in there now, I use the automated machine! Its much nicer (and faster too!)!!!

Holy cow! I cant believe the negative reviews. Although I do not doubt them. But my carrier Clarence is by far the best mail carrier I have ever had. Hes done our subdivision for decades. Ive been here 23 years and when Clarence is at the wheel I get every piece and no one elses. Hes called me by name for years. Its like he stepped out of a Norman Rockwell painting! Of course when we have a sub, I get the same results as the previous reviews. Clarence gets 5 stars, the desk gets 2 stars. The woman who helped order my passports last year gets 4 stars....friendly and helpful.
