This location is 20 minutes from me. My package arrived there 2am yesterday. due here in 4 days. But these Idiots Change it for a week later (it is 20 miles from me) and shipped my package who knows where. If you need a package on time or even close. use USPS. I paid $70 bucks to have a package delivered by Saturday. Notifications showed at the terminal Friday evening. Now it is Tuesday and keep getting the run around on why my delivery has not been made. Also they are "allowing" me to drive 45 mins to go pick up the package myself.....

For the love of God, do not ship anything FedEx ground. Cant hit their shipment deadlines, inefficient operations, horrid customer service. Avoid at all costs!
