Arrived here at 5:45pm today after over an hour drive to meet somebody for a very important and timely notary service, but the door was locked. The people that were waiting for me to bring the document saw a lady leave around 5:40pm, but did not realize she was the only one in the store. The worst part is I called around 4:30pm to double check how late they were open (lady said 6pm), if they had notary service available until then (yes), and then said I would be there shortly before 6pm. We watched four other people walk up to the locked door while we waited to see if maybe somebody would come back. Had the lady mentioned there was even a possibility of closing early, I would have made other arrangements. I understand if theres an emergency, and I dont know why she left, but the people waiting did not allude to her looking as if she was rushing for an emergency. You lost at least five customers today, counting us, while we stood there for 10 minutes.

I called to ask for a ball-park figure on how much it would be to ship a box, the woman who answered told me that she "didnt have time to find that out for me" to which I promptly told her that if she didnt have time then I could find a company that does. Worst customer service ever, would never ever consider going to a place that doesnt even have the time to help me.

Five Star Service! Postal Depot is not only a great place to ship and run by great people but they are also GREAT pet owners! How neat you bring your dog to work! (although there were sad circumstances). Thank you for the great business you bring to our community but also for being a great pet owner!
