This is the most unprofessional post office in Flint period, from the rude/nasty manager, to the neglectful employees. They are extremely rude on the phone and even worst in person. The designated mailman does not deliver packages as instructed, instead they just post notes to your door without knocking/ringing buzzer. On several occasions in the last 3 months Ive had to go to retrieve items from the post office that I paid shipping to receive. It came to one point that the rude manager pulled out a note ( that was written by a another resident in my complex, for another apartment) stating that I did not want my mail sent to my home and argued with me until she actual read the note.

6/30/2017 3:00PM the lady taking phone calls at this time was very rude and unprofessional my day has been horrible all day and she has just made it even worse. all I asked her to do was to check and see if I had a package there and she was extremely rude mean and hung up on me three times! hoping I wouldnt call back I was never rude to her not once I know its Friday and she got her check and she wants to go home but you still have to be professional. please review your footage something really needs to happen with this place that lady was horrible. I wont stop complaining until something happen with this place!

The supervisor Chantel denied me my mail that I saw was here through the window. The post office should not be able to withhold any mail from a person. How am I supposed to pay my bills. What I the world! They take forever to deliver any mail. Every package I get if they ever arrive is LATE. PLEASE someone needs to give the window lady a raise. Shes the only one with any customer service skills. Definitely try to call first these supervisors are rediculous. Just read the rest of their reviews. Obviously theres a problem. Fix it!! This is our mail what is going on with the world

USPS is suck. Do you know that if your item lost, nobody looks for it and take responsibility for it. Plus, all they say is make claim and try get as much as you can if you prove what was in there. If you cannot prove what was in there, it is just your fault. if you don not have insurance and item is missed, then it is your fault no matter what was in there. you give item -> if get lost in way -> your fault. I truly dont know how this shitty company still running

Ive been waiting about 4 months for an item of mail, that this post office has sent back 4 times, even after contacting them, having them verify my address, and even come and inspect my mail box. Very incompetent workers working at this office, and on top of that their delivery manager is very rude, and will hang up on you. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

My packages keep vanishing and getting marked as delivered, even when I witness the mail person NOT delivering my package. Terrible follow up and unprofessional staff.
