Do not go here if you value what you are shipping! This store took a package from my mother valued at around $700, did not verify the shipping address with her, and now claim that they have no idea what happened to the package and have no record of it on file. Even worse, the manager is unwilling to look further into the matter, refuses to take any responsibility for losing the package, and is unwilling to reimburse us for any of the cost! Seeing as there is "no record" of it, the package could have been stolen for all I know. This is not a trustworthy place. If you are shipping a package cross-country I would recommend using Fedex or USPS instead.

Efficient and friendly staff, a wide variety of services available...this place is a great alternative to the post office. I had to ship a valuable artwork across the country and they were not only helpful in choosing the proper services, they were able to create a custom crate for my shipment. The piece was trackable each step of the way and arrived at its destination in perfect condition. Im very pleased with this place.

I have been a customer of the UPS Store as long as Ive lived here, which is 15 years. The staff is well-trained to help people, in a fast, efficient way. Owner Les Beare has remodeled the store since fall, and its now even more convenient. I get color printing done while I wait and they make great banners, too. I havent been in the local Post Office in almost a year. I do all my mailing online or at the UPS Store.

I understand charging $1.25 for sending a fax if it is one sheet, but charging $6.25 for sending 5 sheets is a little extreme. How about $1.25 for one sheet, and then a discount for multiple sheets?

Horrible business practices... Amazon return per Amazon should not cost me 2$ + to print a return slip... Good reasons yet again why I do not use UPS.
