USAA Easy Deposits **This review is only for the use of USAA Easy Deposits at this location. I did not use any other services.** This is the place to Use Easy Deposits in Ann Arbor, the other other UPS store had a few problems scanning my checks, and not punching the routing and transit numbers. . At this location they were fast and friendly and the hardware worked flawlessly! Each check taken around 6-8 to process. Then are slid into a check reader and the front and back a scanned, then the check has hole punched through the routing and transit numbers. I was able to deposit 13 checks with out fail. I would highly recommend the use of the this UPS Store, for Easy Deposits. **The location for the store is in the Plaza that contains the BP Gas Station and Buschs Market. The location on Google Maps points the to intersection.

First time to this UPS location. Asked for some tape to seal my package. The clerk said I had to buy the tape. Every other UPS store provided tape. Further, I asked for a receipt to note that I dropped off the prepaid packages. The clerk said he cant provide it and has never heard of a store providing it. Every other stores I went to provided a receipt of drop off. I should have taken my packages back. I hope the employee does not purposely not place my packages for delivery. If he does, there is no way I can prove that I dropped off the packages. I will never go to this location again.

Just dropped of a small package to return a computer battery to the manufacturer. Return UPS label had been provided by manufacturer. I noticed that my box needed two pieces of tape to properly seal it. I asked clerk if he could tape the box and was told that the "store could not provide that service" that I would have to purchase a role of tape from store. So to get my two 3 inch pieces of tape, I was forced to purchase a role of (substandard) packaging tape. Talk about lack of customer service. Next time, I will look elsewhere for my UPS needs.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! The staff at this location is completely incompetent and not the LEAST bit helpful. I had several shipments to send and wanted to use my business account and needed to create labels in the store. The staff did NOT know how to create labels from their own terminal in house, acted like I was an extreme inconvenience, and needless to say, the labels created were incorrect, thus I had to pay for shipping the same packages twice!!! I will NEVER visit this store again!!!

I would go to any other UPS store in Ann Arbor over this one. I asked the guy to tape a box closed, and he told me he would charge me $2. This was after he put on the retailer-provided label in such a way that my tape at home would cover it up. He was insufferably snotty about the whole thing, too. I told him Id go to another UPS story, which I did. They taped my box for free and were friendly about it. This may seem like a small thing, but I wouldnt trust these guys to handle anything big or small.

Ive been to this location a few times and the other bad reviews pretty much sum it up. The staff doesnt seem particularly interested in serving customers. From outside the store, it looks like theyre closed because the lights are all off and no one is at the front desk. They refuse to let customers use tape - an issue that I havent encountered at any other UPS or FedEx location. Today I asked for a receipt and they would not provide one, claiming that the internet is down.

I dropped off some pre-paid shipping packages, and the "manager" was completely rude. When I requested a Drop off receipt, he told me they dont exist. I have been to several UPS stores and all have given me a receipt. I was forced to leave my packages there since I had limited time. However I have no way to track that I left my packages there, which concerns me greatly. Apparently there is another store in Ann Arbor, go there instead of wasting your time at this store.

Wanted to ship my luggage (over 100 pound) in a case. They told me that it has to be in a box, which costs $20. I argued that it is already in a decent hard case. They turned me down, and refused to help me to carry the case back to my car. quite mean. Later I shipped the same one in other UPS store of ann arbor. Even worse is that the same package costs $4 less in the UPS S. Main store!

Just a great experience at the store this past Saturday. Malcom ( I guess, he was the store manager) was very polite, helpful and suggested things just like the way I wanted my mail to be handled. I wish I had not gone to any of the USPS or fedex locations previously, but instead gone to this store.

Paid $570 to ship two packages, specified with fragile care. Both computers came to eBay buyers damaged, if both of them werent computer savvy Id be under $8,500 because of this stores gross negligence and price gouging. Filed a chargeback, this place will not get my business again.

I too am confused with the negative comments. I think these guys are great! I have had a postal box with them for over 4 years and have been in and out of their store dozens of time. I have never had cause to complain. Thanks for the great service guys.

Horrible UPS store. I was trying to drop a return package there, and the assistant charged me $2 for using their tapes....Well, I usually using FedEx tapes a lot, and even in USPS using tapes are always free....I will not recommend this UPS store to others.

This is the worst of the worst UPS store around. Not only charging money for a piece of tape, but unfriendly service and not to mention the poor state of the store. It seems they have forgotten the golden rule, customer is KING, customer is always right.

I walked in and had a package with a slightly open box and asked for a little tape to help close it.... they said no!! I thought I misheard them. Nope. They really refused to give tape. What in the world? They clearly do not want customers.

These guys are always great, hard working and efficient. I ship my college age kids stuff back and forth - so lots of boxes. They are always pleasant and really hustle. When I need to get something out the door I go here.

Im surprised by the "rude" reviews. Ive been in the UPS store dozens of times, and its always been quick, courteous, and helpful. There are 2 guys Ive seen work there, and they are both great.
