I would give it no stars, but thats not an option. Sent three packages and told the kid they were new addresses. Only one had to be delivered by Christmas and he said no problem, it will definitely be there. Instead of looking at the address I gave him he used one already in the system (remember I told him it was a new address). I was in a hurry, and usually the remind me to check the addresses and sign a piece of paper. This time he just said he needed my signature and I forgot to check. It went to the wrong place, and when I contacted them about it he said it would cost me $120 to ship to the correct place, after theyre the ones that messed up!! I had to drive 6 hours round trip to retrieve the package. I went in to talk to the owner and he said it was my fault, and that his employee never guaranteed it would be there by Christmas. He also said, "You signed the piece of paper so its your fault and Im protected." I did mess up, but thats not good customer service, especially when your employee neglected to remind me to check the address and if it wasnt for his mistake none of this ever would have happened. Basically he called me a liar and then said he wouldnt refund my money. In essence the guy wouldnt pay to fix his employees mistake, so over $120 hes lost all future income from us. Pretty sure that math makes no sense, especially since we live less than a mile from there and had shipped with them exclusively. I will never ship from there again, and I urge anyone who reads this to avoid it at all costs.

UPS lost a valuable package and the Milford store was not helpful in resolving the issue. I kept getting a run-around and the "UPS Store" of Milford kept telling me they are not UPS and they did not lose the package, but UPS did? What, how is the UPS store not UPS. Regardless, this experience has left me so frustrated and never wanting to use UPS ever again. Use the United State Postal Office, cheaper and at least you know who you are working with.

Great store, great service. They take interest in their customers and get to know you on a first name basis. They have saved my behind many times and are always on their A game. If your complaining about price then Id suggest to lick your own stamps, envelops and use your own printer. Your paying for tremendous service here!

Found that packing and box prices were DOUBLE what they are at other UPS stores!!!! I also found that the shipping is inflated over other UPS stores!!!! There was over a 50 dollar difference between UPS stores for my package to be boxed, packed, and shipped...never again
