The store has always been very helpful. If there was something they couldnt do, they directed me to the closest/best place available. More often than not Ive always been helped by a friendly member of the staff and quite often share a pleasant conversation. Definitely better than some of the other places Ive been to ship or return packages.

Management is very polite and helpful. However, I feel that some not so honest employees work here. Bottom line, If you want your package to reach its destination, dont drop it off here. Had to call Corporate to start an investigation on missing packages. This is a Franchise location...good luck.
