I just went through hell to create this Google account so I could leave a note of thanks to the guys at BASHA!! Im not a diva, but I dont do oil changes on my car (I usually leave that stuff up to my hubby), but this time around I had no choice. No kidding, I went to 3 different oil shops and the least I was quoted was $60.00 for my Buick Regal. Long story short, I found a coupon and tried for a 4th time at this Basha joint. I figured that even though the coupon said $21.00 theyd still jack the price up somehow. But NOPE, didnt happen! I was greeted by Jeff (I dont know what a oil-change-guys title is- lol) but he was the guy that guided me in the stall area. He was THE BEST!!!!!!! Oh, and by the way, I do not personally know any of these people, I am not faking this post, and Jeff isnt my kid or some crazy stuff (ha ha)..... all of the people at this BASHA oil place were soooo nice that it MAKES you want to return, not to mention the excellent price, AND they vacumed my car, AND gave me a car wash, AND even invited me to a great cup of coffee!!! The whole experience was awesome. I almost cant wait to get my oil changed again! Fantastic place and I sure would recommend everyone to go and receive the great deal and awesome service I got. BEWARE of taking your vehicle here. Last 2 times I went in for oil change and service workers ended up "recommending" and performing EXTRA services. 1st time was transmission service, 2nd time fuel system cleaning. I only went there for an oil change and $120.00 later, both times, NEVER going here again! Most recently, 5/20/17, I was "recommended" to get a fuel system cleaning. 5 minutes later the check engine light, 4wd light and traction light all came on. I take my vehicle back there, and the service person says its "normal" and his diagnostic meter shows "bad 02 sensor". He goes on to say it will go away. Well it did NOT!!! I will NEVER take any vehicle back to BASHA again!! I wish I could put NO stars! I ended up taking my car to the dealership and they said to NEVER use/get fuel system cleaning done at a place like this, especially on a foreign car; their fuel cleaners are made for DOMESTIC cars only. Well that would have been nice if Basha staff told me this!! Bottom line: Basha did a fuel cleaning service that gummed up the Mass Airflow Sensor(MAS). Be careful to use Basha for other than oil changes! As for me I wont even fuel up here! Im out the cost of the Bashas "recommended fuel cleaning service" and now the cost for the MAS to be cleaned; by proper service professionals!

STAY AWAY!!! Changed oil and filter and paid $50.00 only to come back 2 hours later and have my life threatened by the manager who asked me to go outside with him so that he can beat me up....no I am not making this up! Again the MANAGER "Denis". After the oil was changed they didnt install the gasket on the oil filter or didnt install it properly so when I pulled into my office I noticed a burning oil smell. Didnt think to much of it until I got home when I noticed how bad the garage smells. Come to find that there was puddles of oil under the car all from the oil filter....half a gallon of oil. Drove the car to the shop and asked to speak to the manager. "The" manager ended up being the same person who threatened to beat me and kill me. When the cops were called by me he simply disappeared and no one knew where he went. For $50.00 oil change youll find tons of places that will do a far better job without damaging your engine and you wont risk getting assaulted!

Great job to William and Ricardo manager I brought my 96 red Mustang in for a car wash and I forgot that my spoiler was not properly put on by my fault my mistake,The Car Wash ripped it off.. It was not their fault at all so Ricardo the owner or manager and William ask me what they could do to make me happier LOL I could not believe what they did but they gave me a free oil change and a free coolant flush for free unbelievable great job to William and Ricardo your business. Will be going far in the future these people are unbelievable to work with their willing to do anything to help you to fix the problem and they are great people to deal with I recommend everyone go there ASAP they take care of your car they know what theyre doing and if you read my review it was my mistake not theirs and they still went beyond and be up and took care of me thank you guys once again God bless you you would do great in the future please take your car here the in oil change.

Ive been having my oil changed here for about 20 yrs and in 7 different cars. I drive about 10 miles to get here from home & pass tons of other oil change places on the way. The only issue Ive ever had here was 10+ yrs ago when my (factory installed) OnStar antenna got pulled off of my car while going through the car wash, which was a complete accident. I immediately spoke to the manager/owner at the time & was told that they would pay for it to be replaced, which they did...no questions asked, no hassle, no run around & certainly no threats! I had it replaced at my dealership within a few days, then took my receipt back to Basha & was reimbursed every cent. Even after the ownership & employees changed my experiences here remain consistently positive!! And I dont think Ive ever paid more than about $30 for an oil change here, which is pretty cheap considering the piece of mind that comes with it!

Never thought getting my vehicle serviced would almost bring me to tears. Been coming here for years and the service only gets better with each visit. Stopped in earlier today and was just floored by the service and the kindness of the young man helping me today. I was told I needed a transmission flush by a family friend so I went in for one. The gentleman that serviced my vehicle was very kind and knowledgeable and went over my entire vehicle for no extra charge. In doing so he found that my truck was 3 quarts low on oil and filled it right back up for me after checking for leaks (which there was none). Gave me options to help slow down the burning of the oil and even told me that I could stop by between oil changes just to make sure my oil levels are good and if they arent they would fill it for me again at no charge. Its places like this that make me very happy.

I get my oil changed because it is a time saver for the cost. I typically do normal maintenance such as brakes, bearings, etc.. myself. This used to be an OK place with your typical attempts at up selling additional services. Last few times I had my oil changed they turned up the pressure substantially on the up sell of services even after i told them I had just performed those maintenance items they still proceeded to tell me i needed new belts, etc... Never had problems yet but feel like i have to argue with the guys when they want replace parts I literally just changed myself because the up sell is the most important thing for them. They lost their ability to provide service and now prey on ignorant customers as a means of making sales. I no longer recommend them and cannot until something changes and they start providing real service again.
