I use this business a lot. When you take your car in for something as simple as an oil change they will also let you know if filters need to be changed. They will bring your actual filter to you and let you decide what to do after explaining your options. They dont try to pressure you or sell you anything that you dont need. You can also have car inspections done here. They are upfront about costs and are reasonable in what they charge. Most of the time the wait time is not long. Friendly staff with a good place you can wait.

I get my vehicles inspected, oil changed, etc. here. Pretty much whatever they see that is needed when I get yearly inspection. They keep a record of everything thats been done and give you a schedule of what needs to be done in the future. Very polite, friendly and go out of their way to make sure youre vehicles in good condition.

Dropped by for regular service but the "check engine" light lit up on the way. Turns out my Tundra had a vacuum leak which the crew promptly identified and fixed. Thanks for being alert and honest guys! That is rare these days.

Please do not take your vehicle to Snappy Lube @ Dellwood Rd. They busted my exhaust with water. Yes,.. they cooled down my main exhaust with water. I encorauge all the consumers to be aware of that.

They got me right in even while they were busy with other customers. Flushed the coolant in my F150 and had it done in about half an hour. Ill be going back for all the work on my truck.

pablo they cooled off the aluminum that covered your header they didnt crack your engine, your car is just a piece of crap like you =)
