I cannot begin to say how pleased I am with the service from Buckeye Complete Auto Care. For starters, I was driving to Columbus to visit friends for Memorial Day weekend from Atlanta, GA. Prior to leaving, I knew I needed brakes, and I had received multiple quotes for my Audi A4 that ranged anywhere from $600-$800. When I called to inquire about costs and availability I was quoted around $375 for both front brakes and rotors. In addition to that, I was treated in a manner that made me feel like I was not being taken advantage of because I was a woman. Unfortunately, that has happened to me in every other exchange that I have had with auto shops. I know cars, understand how they work and what is needed to be done and am always treated like I know nothing, however, I was not once made to feel that way. Because their price was so great, they were able to get me in the next morning and had my brakes done within the hour! They noticed I needed a new sensor for my brakes, called me prior to installing and had my car back to me within the hour. Not only did they provide great customer and auto service, but their warranty was 3x as long as my Audi dealership with nationwide coverage. I also got two free roadside assistance (nationwide) that covers anything from a flat tire to a being locked out of my car. It just goes to show, that when you provide such great service AND offer warranties like they do theres no reason to go anywhere else And I feel pretty confident I wont even need to use the warrenty. I will SERIOUSLY, and not even kidding, consider driving back to Columbus for any other repairs I need, because I have never had such a positive experience with an auto care company. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

I took my vehicle in to have a new exhaust installed, as the old exhaust was leaking from about every place possible. I could do the job myself but not nearly as fast as an experienced shop and I have lots of other things going on right now. They inspected the exhaust for free, which is why I give them 2 stars instead of 1. So after about 15 minutes of inspection, the front desk guy tells me that I will need all new exhaust work from after the manifold back. Fine, just as I thought. Not only did he seem extremely hesitant to even want the job, but he told me that its going to be $870.00 for the job. Are you serious? I seriously doubt the job would of taken them more than 2 hours, max. Alright no thanks, I will just have to do the job myself when I get the time. They charge way too much but Im sure they know what theyre doing. I would of left and been fine with their astronomically high price, but what really ticked me off was that the front desk guy basically lied to me and told me that most of the cost is for "parts sourcing". Parts sourcing? On an older but EXTREMELY common engine? Parts sourcing? Yeah, sure. I, as a do-it-yourselfer could "source" all the parts for about $360.00 total. And thats including shipping. Therefore I KNOW these people can do even better. I know this is a business and they need to make money and I respect that, but I do not like being lied to. Im not your typical oil change customer, nice try guys. edit from owners response: Yes I did appreciate that I was not charged for the "diagnostic" time. And of course I shook your hand, you put it out there. I do not dislike you guys. I just do not fall in to your clientele demographic. Good luck.

I recently was replacing an oxygen sensor on my car and was unable to install the new sensor due to damaged threads. I called several repair shops, and they all wanted to replace the entire exhaust pipe ($500+), which is completely unnecessary. I took it to Todd at Buckeye Muffler and explained the situation. He understood that this was probably a simple fix, and instead of trying to up-sell me more work, he offered to try and save the existing threads. He pulled my car right in. And in less than a half hour, and $35 later, the problem was fixed. I offered to pay him more, but he refused. This spoke very highly of his character and his professionalism. Expensive repairs are not always the only option, and Todd understands this. I would strongly recommend Buckeye Muffler & Brake Shop to anyone needing repair work. They are a very honest and fair group of guys. I will definitely bring my work to them! Thanks guys!

Recommended by a friend and I was shocked at how efficient and courteous they were. I guess I am used to just average service. But not here! Stephanie was awesome! From my first phone call I thought I was talking to a professional phone answering service. She was so clear and helpful I was convinced that she couldnt be onsite. Then I arrived and was greeted by her and treated in that same way. She was friendly and looked me direct in the eyes as she explained exactly what would happen next. Then I was told my repair would only take 30 minutes and cost less than $100! I thought they made a mistake. I left thinking I wouldnt actually get a call that it was ready for at least twice the estimate, but no, once again I was surprised. It was ready in 30 minutes and I got the call that I was ready to go. I didnt talk to anyone else there, but I didnt need too Stephanie took care of everything! Great job Buckeye!

When I need something looked at on one of my vehicles, I bring it to Buckeye Muffler. For example, my 10 year old Honda accord needed some work done and I took it to a local Honda dealership. The gave me an estimate and I wont tell you exact numbers but it was more than the car was worth. So I checked with Todd at Buckeye Muffler if he could look over this estimate and give me a ball park estimate how much it would cost to get done at his shop and if I could just get the stuff that "needed" to be done and wait on the "optional" stuff down the road. So get this, after Todd looked it over, he emailed me his estimate and personally contacted me and went over what had to be done, how much it would cost, and why I needed it done or not. Now, let me blow your mind, it was 1/3 the cost including parts and labor! So after that, I always take my cars to Buckeye Muffler.

"Outstanding Service Again!!!" I took my daughters (2001) Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change. The business has (3) different types of oil changes; good. better and best. The owner, Todd, recommended we rotate the different type of oil changes to keep the engine working at peek performance. I recently took my (2004) Chevy Trailblazer in for an annoying squealing noise coming from the front end. Todd test drove the vehicle and immediately knew it was a brake issue. The problem was quickly fixed to my satisfaction. This particular Buckeye Complete Auto Care is a family owned & "hands on" run business. Todd, Stephanie and the rest of Todds team are true professionals who take pride in their work along with satisfying the customers automotive concerns.
