I feel like the new manger at this location finds different "issues" with your car to add on additional work and cost. A friend went in for an oil change and she found an additional almost $500 in work that "needed" to be done - and probably only about half of it was truly needed. When I took my low mileage (<30k miles) car in for an oil change she advised me I needed a belt changed! Over the phone I couldnt get out of her the amount of cracks the belt supposedly had, but in person she pointed out three of the smallest hairline cracks. Since the car is under warranty I took it somewhere else to have it looked at and was told that it was nothing out of the ordinary and the belt didnt need to be touched - this was an almost $200 repair she was trying to convince me I needed. Funny enough another car of the same model with over 130k miles had never had the belt replaced, went in for an oil change and not a word was mentioned about their belt. Prior to her management of this location the technicians seemed to be incredibly honest and trustworthy in their assessment of what you needed for your car - Id taken this car in multiple times before for an oily change and was never pressured or told additional work was needed. Since her coming, in the two times Ive been in either for myself or a friend a large and PRICEY amount of additional work has seemed to be "needed". They do good oil changes, but I am considering trying a new location to find a trustworthy establishment again.

Im really torn about this review because the staff is always so friendly and does the services quickly. However, this isnt the first time that I have gone in for basic services and had them end up recommending tons of other stuff. Most recently, they recommended $2,000 worth of work. I went to another mechanic to get a second opinion and was told that I only needed 1 of the 8 repairs Firestone had told me I needed. Instead of $2,000, I spent $200 at the other mechanic and the car has been running perfectly since then. I hate to think that they are being dishonest but this has happened a couple times now. If you just need a quick oil change then this is the place to go but if they start recommending other services as well Id definitely say to get a second opinion.

Dont like this place at all. For one they dont know the difference between power steering fluid and oil, so they tried to charge me to check the issue when I clearly know its power steering fluid that I spilled. 2. They wanted to fix all the issues with my vehicle which came to about $3k which is more than what I paid for my car. 3. I went to the fire store a few miles away and did an oil change and they checked my tires and said they were in good condition, then I literally drove to this location 20 mins later to ask about my light and they checked my tires and said I need new tires. Right! I wont be going back to these scam artists.

I came here for the balancing of my tires and a brake estimated an alignment check. At checking out I was told that I needed all 4 brakes and rotors even though I only need back brakes, new tires even thoughI just purchased tires from them last summer. I was also told that I needed to purchase calipers that it turned out that mine are indeed fine I had this verified by a Nissan mechanic and Monroe. Buyer beware and get a second estimate I am glad that I did.

In all of my years coming here Ive had a wiring issue where I had to take my car back in after getting it repaired, they corrected it on the spot and without asking for additional fees of course. I was in and out in that case in less than 15 minutes. Any place that owns up to a mistake and take the onus to correct it has secured my business.

Ive been fortunate enough not to need to go here for a while, but all of my previous experiences were positive. In fact, when my daughter was younger, she would ride her bike up there and they would pull her bike in and pump her tires for free. That level of care for a non-paying person says a lot.

In the past year I have bought tires for my wifes SUV and my pick up truck. Great prices, awesome customer service, always friendly. Took the truck in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. And as always...AWESOME Service. Everyone in there is friendly and professional. A++ Service.

Staff is honest and trustworthy. They give you options and dont try to push unnecessary services on you. Management is great and turnaround time is usually within 24 hours. The facility is clean and you can tell that they take pride in their work. Im sending everyone I know here for service.

Staff was very nice to get my car in for an alignment on such short notice. They were able to complete the work in just shy of an 1.5 hours. VERY impressive considering they had 4 other cars in that evening. Very professional, very nice staff. A+ Will stop by again!
