I have never written a review for auto services, but felt in this case, Waynesville Tire warranted one. Not only are their prices reasonable, the turnaround is super-quick, and the owners and employees (none of whom I had met prior to taking one of my vehicles there a couple years ago) are always helpful and sweet. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy with their services and let you know they appreciate your business with handwritten thank you notes. Because of their excellent service, I now take all of my vehicles to them exclusively and trust their referrals if they do not provide a particular service I may need. They are truly wonderful people running a great business!

Typically I have had excellent service with Waynesville Tire. Yesterday, I went to have my tires rotated (which Im supposed to get for free for the life of my tires). The more worn tires are currently on the front and I needed the better ones rotated to the front of my front wheel drive car. The man refused to rotate my tires because he claims it would mess up my tires by putting the better ones on the front. I know how tires are supposed to be rotated, thanks. Basically he just wanted me to buy more tires sooner. I buy at least 4 sets of tires per year for my vehicles, they just lost a lot of money from a once loyal customer.

I saw the damage they did to my friends car. It was confirmed by an auto body shop the damage could only happen by dropping or slipping off a lift. Waynesville Tire did not do the right thing. They were dishonest and stabbed a very loyal customer who has referred a lot of business in the back and twisted the knife. It is our mission to let all of Haywood County know the despicable way they treat their loyal customers. At least look VERY CAREFULLY before you pay and leave the premises. If you see damage, call the police immediately and have a police report written for your protection.

My husband and I had a flat tire on I-40 last week and were able to barely make it to the next gas station. I called the closest tire place which was Waynesville Tire. Jeff and one of the employees came out to help us! We also bought 3 more tires from him at a very fair price. Customer service was fast, friendly and we were very appreciative! We also received a hand written thank you from Jeff which was nice considering we live 4 hours from Waynesville so it wasnt just a "thank you" to keep our business. I will have their number on hand though the next time we travel that direction!

My boyfriend hit a curb and messed up the front left tire. When we drove it shook really bad so we both figured he needed a front alignment. We stopped in at this place and told them what we needed and the guy said they did not do them on BMW but, said he wanted to take the tire off and see it. They gave us a number to a place to get the wheel fixed, fixed us up with a new tire on our spare and the car drives just like it did before. Im so grateful that they care about their customers doing what is necessary instead of doing what is going to put money in their pockets.

While on vacation in the area experience a flat tire. Contacted the site which provided immediately an out the door quote. Was tolded to come in at 11:30am. I came in at 11 and The tires were already there and ready to be installed. My size r20 were not in stock. Took them less than an hour to change all 4 tires. It felt like I was in and out. Friendly staff. I highly recommend the shop

Took my f250 in there last week to get an alignment and got it back in worse shape than when I dropped it off. The guy told me "this happens sometimes". No it shouldnt if he would have drove it around the parking lot he would have known, the steering wheel was way off. Got my money back and drove to black mountain tire and learned my lesson. Figured I would pass this along.

Our family was on vacation in Maggie Valley when one morning I was driving on one of the more "country" roads where the road was eroded pretty bad on the edge and ended up getting shredding my tire on the inside. Jeff and the employees were very nice and promptly changed my tire at the station. A couple of the guys also put my doughnut back where it belong. A great business!

I went to have new tires installed after a flat, and they told me my rear brakes were shot and the rotors were too far gone to turn. My husband and father-in-law did the brake work themselves, and although the brake pads were in need of change, the rotors were fine. No grooves, plenty of material left, no need for new ones or even turning.
