Customer Service at Allegra is as quality as their work! Josie is a valuable asset to Allegra. She is patient, kind, and knows exactly how to assist and what avenue to take. A gem to work with. She put my mind at ease; explaining that the back & forth process was normal and this is the type of communication that is the key to getting things just right. Karens creative eye and skill is impressive. She produces results quickly, with nothing taking away from quality. I appreciated being able to bounce ideas off of both Karen and Josie with an idea in my head then letting the magic happen by the experts. I am grateful for her allowing me to express changes, without any reservation. As well, anytime I called Allegra and got Carly - so pleasant and professional. Tom Walker was very helpful and thoughtful in delivering the final files in Karens absence. He even remembered me from coming and briefly meeting with Karen (and Josie). Thank you, Tom! The entire team is welcoming and easy to work with. Pricing is very fair and the quality is superior.
