I wish that I could give 0 stars. I came in at 0800 and was the only customer in the store. The single employee who was working looked up and saw me enter the store, only to put his head down and not acknowledge me. I went about my business and needed help with a fax machine. At my request for help, the employee shook his head and muttered under his breath, as if I had just personally insulted him or something. He ended up actually providing some semblance of assistance after my 3rd request. I figured he was a new employee so I cut him some slack in my mind. However, it turns out that he was the store manager and his name tag noted that he has been with the company since the late 90s. If that is how the store manager treats his customers, I cannot even imagine how the employees underneath him act. I would be extremely embarrassed if someone who worked for me treated customers in this fashion, especially someone who is designated to manage a store. Unfortunately I will not be back to this location

Walked in with a friend to ask a few shipping and printing questions. The employee behind the counter did not even acknowledge is, I had to greet him. He was working on something and didnt not stop to help us. We had to ask to be helped. Once he did begin to research our question, he was not helpful and acted like we were annoying him. No longer shipping FedEx. Unable to find cost effective shipping methods and terrible service.

Went in to ship a check to my sister who lives in Minnesota. I ran out of envelopes otherwise would have shipped USPS or UPS. I felt like they overcharged me to ship ground and when I asked if that was the cheapest rate she said "yes". This was the assistant manager helping me out. Overall not the best experience from FedEx. I would recommend other options if theyre available to you.

They are not Customer Friendly at this location. I visit multiple locations and OFTEN have issues with this one saying my boxes are not up to Fed Ex Standards. I have no issues at other stores with similar shipments. I wish they would fire all of the workers at this store and start new!

This is a nice location. The folks there are pleasant and helpful. IDK what all the other reviewers are complaining about. This is not the post office. If you want something shipped CHEAP go there. If you want it intact and fast go here.

There is an African American man very tall. I wish I remembered his name but he was awesome. I didnt know how to fax or make copies and he walked me step by step how to do it! Very good customer service.

Stopped in this FedEx store to have some items packed and shipped. I was helped immediately upon entering the store. The staff were friendly and quite informed on how to best secure what I was shipping.
