Paradise Park

Over the weekend I went to several different office supply stores which we less than cordial in helping me with my printing needs. Frustrated, I finally called Office Depot and I am so glad that i did. I was automatically connected to a printing and copy worker named Rachel. Rachel was courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. I was able to send my creative for my business cards directly to her (unlike other office stores like staples and fed ex where I am dealing with a computer instead of a person). Rachel even helped me fix a few sizing errors! She called me multiple times during the print to assist me and make sure I felt the job was in good hands. She let me know that my cards would be ready for pick up by 5:00 pm (unlike other stores which require 2 days minimum) but, Rachel had them done within a hour of me calling. When we arrived she was nothing but a ray of sunshine. She even wrote a personalized note on the box holding my business cards which thanked me on behalf of the company and herself. The level of service I received over the weekend was nothing short of amazing, and deserves to be recognized. Because of the hard work, and caring nature of Rachel in Copy and Print, my business will now use Office Depot for all of our printing needs. Thank you Rachel, you rock!

It is not often that I get the chance to visit an office supply store. Today I was here with my mother buying some stuff for college. The aisles were easy to find stuff in, thanks to the employees working there, who have good attitudes and are willing to ask for help. I cant say too much about the store itself, though--it feels really bare just by looking at one of the walls inside, which is completely white and void of any decoration. Stocking is a significant problem as well, as I noticed a long gap of "nothing" on a rack along the south wall.

Poor customer service. I went to this location to have three files (11x17) printed out and the lady could not perform the task. She was so unprofessional that she wouldnt even listen to me. Office Depot needs to do a better job on training their employees.
