Have been using them for about a year. I am very pleased with their work, I do mailings of approximately 2,700 pieces about every couple months. I like the speed, they can turn this job around, including printing the letter, folding and stuffing and applying a precancelled stamp and often do it in one day! Took me days to do this in house with staff filling in. I upload the PDF, they print it and handle all the details. I work with Karen Venus, she and the rest of the staff really do a great job. Followup is great. Finished product is excellent and the ease of doing business is fantastic.

For one I am a business owner and this was the Worst service I have ever had in a business in my life. I needed two banners made for an event. Spoke to JIM multiple times throughout the week and he would never call me back or keep in touch with emails, to the point that the banners couldnt even be made in time for the event. I tried to address the situation and the owner Tim didnt conduct himself in a professional manner. Ive heard negative things before about this store but live three houses down so figured Id try them out..... Bad choice
