Nicole gave me a hard time about getting my insurance documents scanned and emailed. I asked for a manager who just flat out refused citing company policy, even though every other Office Max Ive been to have done this and rang me up for it or said it was free. I gave up trying to get it emailed so I could forward it to my agent from my phone and coughed up a flash drive. Upon supplying this Nicole said,I dont appreciate your rudeness. I asked her how I was rude and she wouldnt say except that I was just being rude. She plugged in my drive and said it was corrupted. I said to just format it, I dont use it for anything important normally. She said she did and said it still wouldnt work. I went out to my car, saw it wasnt formatted, and reformatted it and brought it back in and suddenly it worked. Only reason this is two stars and not one is that I called corporate and the next morning I was told they are giving me a $10 gift card. So they are trying to make it right. I would prefer good service and convenience the first time to a gift card, even if I have to pay.

One of the managers named Nicole is just awful. She does NOT believe in customer service and each time I patronize this store, I leave wanting to write a letter to the store manager or owner of OfficeMax. Shes rude and has an attitude that the customer is lucky she even allowed them to walk into the store. She micro-manages all employees and just makes everyone feel uncomfortable. I will not purchase or order anything else from this location. I dont care how far I have to drive. She needs an attitude adjustment and a customer service course. She needs to learn to treat paying customers with a little respect.

I just called this store during holiday season and got excellent customer service from Stephanie. She was able to locate a product I needed and put it on hold for me at the cashier stand, she was very charismatic and helpful! I even had to call back and change the product and without any hesitation she said my favorite words "no problem!", you could hear the smile I swear! I will definitely be doing more shopping at this store. They have excellent customer service! Thank you Stephanie!

Today i was in a pinch and decided to go into officemax in westland to get some cards made for my heating and cooling co, i was told that i had to wait for 24 hours to recieve my cards back, well luckly i talked with lynn at the service center and she had my cards done with in a hour. I usually do them through staples but will definitely go back to get them done again... thankyou so much lynn

The best service that Ive ever had in an office supply store. The manager and both workers that were with her really hand carried Me Through the store, loaded all of my packages, made sure I got every discount I could get and loaded my stuff up in my car. It was Mary kay, Kinneth and JC and they were great. Cant say enough good about my trip thanks.

Hold on to your tires and car when traveling through this parking lot its so full of potholes unless it was a necessity I wouldnt go here the store is like a skeleton store theres nobody ever in there they dont have any help and about one cashier
