I love the fact that the trainers know me by name and they will modify the workout based on my fitness level. They will see that an exercise is too easy or hard and give me a modification to keep me motivated and increasing my fitness level. They are always pushing me to a new level and when they see that I am struggling or tired they give me that extra encouragement to push forward and complete the workout.I am a Spin instructor and running coach. Whenever someone is looking for a great cross training workout I send them to James and his staff at 9Round Eastpointe!

I have been a member since February 2016. Best decision I ever made for myself was joining. The owner, James Dick is amazing along with the trainers Veronica and Brad. They all make you feel welcome and encourage and motivate you every step of the way. Best 30 minute workout. I am addicted to this place. It doesnt matter how old you are, gender or your fitness level. It is for everyone. Best decision you could ever make is joining. Your body and mind will thank you.

This place is by far the best gym I have ever been to. The workout is intense but such a blast! Your workout is different every day, which also helps. So much better than "normal gyms"- I actually look forward to going each day! The trainers are also amazing which helps big time!! I reccommend to anyone to try this place out!

You will see results! I joined 9 round in August 2016. Because of my work and family schedule I can only commit to 2 days a week and occasionally I can sneak in a third day. Even going just 2 days a week I see and feel results. My body is definitely more toned, I lost weight, I am stronger, and I feel more energetic.
