I was very disappointed with this salon. The stylist did not listen to anything I said. I went in looking to freshen up the ends by cutting about an inch off. The stylist took off about 3 inches and did a very uneven cut overall. The left side was about a half inch longer than the right and the top layer was longer than the bottom! Very sloppy unprofessional work. I will not be returning, and now have to have a bad haircut that is way too short for about 2 months until it grows in to where I originally wanted her to cut it. People expect to be able to trust that their stylist will give them what they want and this was definitely not what I wanted! I even had to go to a different place to get my haircut fixed as best as it could be. My haircut reminded me of one that a little kid would do on themselves. I am very miserable with the look and feel of my new hair and have even cried multiple times because I just hate the way it turned out.

Great place to get a haircut. A lot of folks prefer to go to a specific person for their haircut. For me, I just go to MasterCuts, and I know whoever is there will take great care of me. I wont go anywhere else to get my haircut or hair products. Keep up the great work! :)

I was very disappointed, the hair stylist did not even know what they were doing, I asked for 1 inch off, I have very curly long hair and I hate getting hair cuts, especially when the outcome is as bad as this, not coming back.

I was very impressed of the customer service of all the girls that work there. The prices are great and the haircut and color that I received was absolutely perfect. They know what they are doing

My sister got the worst haircut ever at Master Cuts! Its the same haircut Jim Carrey had in Dumb and Dumber. Well NEVER go there again. I would give it zero stars.
