No stars. I was willing to give this place a chance because I liked the overall atmosphere and the "idea" of professional service. I used to have a regular stylist there that was good. She has since left. The two Ive had since then have been very unprofessional. Both stylist had just graduated from school. The first one kept trying to sell me on products as opposed to giving good service. I asked her to cut four inches off my hair and she cut off two my hair also looked horrible after she was done "styling." The second one was just pure unprofessional. She took a walk in appointment about five minutes prior to my appointment. I came in and she made me wait for over 20 min. I told the receptionist I was going to go next door and quickly pick up something to eat since I was already waiting for my stylist. I came back 10 min later and the stylist says she cant take me because she has another appointment. Seriously?! They didnt even offer to give me a discount off of my service if I rescheduled nothing. So I left and I decided to call back to cancel all my appointment since they ask you to schedule three appointments to keep the same stylist. There was NO ONE in the salon when I left. The receptionist put me on hold when I called in for 5 min. I hung up and called back again. I told her to go ahead and cancel my appts then she said ok then hung up on me. So I called back and she said "Im sorry I thought you were done talking to me." I said "No can you confirm the appts have been cancelled." Finally she confirmed. I was not mean and I did not cause any kind of a scene. I just wanted a service I scheduled to be on time and for those people to be professional. I will never go back to this salon again.

Charges premium rates, which Im ok with, but doesnt deliver premium service. I highly recommend that you stay far far away from this place, especially stylist Kaitlin (spelling?) Her name badge is the last thing youre going to see before you cry yourself to sleep with your rushed/poorly done hair. I set an appointment showed what I wanted and the stylist made it clear that she understood what I wanted, then proceeded to do something else because she felt like it and wanted to get the next customer in the chair as fast as possible. Now Im stuck with close to 200 dollars spent on a blotchy hi-lite job. I explained politely what happened to the front desk and they simply told me it "looked beautiful". They dont care. My hair is literally so bad that my husband and 5 year old both asked me what happened to it on separate occasions.

Ive been here several times and each time was progressively worse. It is evident that anyone who gave a good rating is either friends with the staff, the staff themselves or came on a lucky day. This salon has potential, but they almost always never even try to deliver and the reception girls are always outright crabby no matter how polite you are to them its like theyre children. If you want to spend your hard earned money on a business that will treat you like a punching bag, then this is the place. They have a policy on their site that if you dont show up for your appointment theres a $50 fee, and heck im ok with with that, but then they dont deliver on their part and they rush you out of the chair just to get the next person in. I dont even know how some of the stuff they do is legal.

Funny thing is that I havent been to this place only as a stop by to check it out due to a clients recommendation. I detected so little interest from the receptionists who didnt do anything absolutely nothing to welcome a perspective new client, instead they had little smirks on their faces as if had dropped from the moon. I guess they found what I said or my question hilarious. Needless to say say Im not going there. If you cant have somebody who can sell your product on the front desk, you are in trouble. Take it from a former mayor dept store manager.

I have been there 2 times and both times the stylists cut my hair the way they wanted not the way I asked. The first time I called and they said management was not there and the would call me back, suprise no call. The second time the same thing I guess you can say its my fault for trusting them twice. If management sees this shame on you for not following up especially in an economy this poor i am a business owner in riverview and I will tell every one I meet not to use this salon.

I frequent this place multiple times a year and continually go to Michelle. Ive been using her as a stylist since she began there and since shes become a more "experienced" stylist, upping the prices - I still go to her. she continually exceeds my expectations! Shes friendly, accommodating (booking you even if she was scheduled off), and honest. Ive lived in Florida for four years and shes the first and only stylist that I trust!

Genesis hooks me up every time. I have been going to her for over a year. She actually fixed a mishap I had with my hair and I havent tried anyone else since. Shes awesome with short cuts. I tried Alex when I had long hair and she was amazing as well. :-) I am a local and love them.

It was lovely, I went for a back to school hair cut, last minute. I have really curly hair , and Ive been to many places, but have never really liked the result. I went and they left my hair so soft and bouncy and I love it. Will go again and again. The staff was super nice.

Fantastic service. I am visiting from Va and needed a haircut. I walked in and they had an opening. Ana was my stylist and she did an awesome job on my undercut. Was very pleased and am going back to her before I head home. Great prices - in Va I pay twice as much.

The employees and even manger are extremely judgmental. If you want to be talked about and bullied then this is the place for you. I could say so much more but to avoid being rude, I will leave it at that.
