I had been growing my hair for 2 years and asked for a trim. Asked for the layers to be cut shorter too. My hair is curly so requires some layers. The woman cutting my hair was overweight and out of breath and had me standing up, squatting, bending over etc so that she could reach the area of my hair she wished to cut - i have never received a service like this in my life. She cut so much off my hair and left it with absolutely no style at all. i was very upset when i realised the state she left it in. I had to go and get it fixed somewhere else teh next day and that hairdresser informed my that the cut i had received was terrible and massively uneven.

The team here (many of whom have been here 20+ years thanks to the awesome manager, Pat) is a combination of tenured and up-and-coming stylists who offer only the best professionalism.
