Be careful. I went in to get a normal haircut, and the girl who cut my hair was obviously inexperienced, because when she told me i was done, I looked in the mirror and there were lines all on the side of my head from the uneven cuts. I asked her nicely to fix it and she didnt know how. I had the sit in the chair for an extra 15 minutes for another hairdresser to do a simple blend from a 1 to a 2. Also the first girl cut the back too short, so now i have a low spot on the corner of my head. Still got charged full price with no apology from either.

Been here once a couple months ago and loved it! So we decided to go again to touch up her hair up and again it was great! The stylist was Linda and she was Awesome! She already knew what to do to her hair and we had never even met her! She did an awesome job with her hair and gave her suggestions. She kept conversation up with us which is what we like in a stylist. It was a great experience and the wait time wasnt that long at all, but the online check in helps a lot too.

The first time I went there my hair was cut poorly and the lady kicked me out with my hair dripping wet since he had people waiting. The second time I went, as I decided to give it a try again, the same lady was talking on a cell while cutting my hair and complaining about how unhappy she is, and how she needs help at the store, and so on. A very unpleasant experience. There is a salon next to the post office that will actually be nice to you! I do not recommend this one.

I am writing under my husband name.. I had a hair cut by Julie or her name was Kelly. Not sure. I told the girl my hair is curly but it has to be cut correctly..she assured me she knew what she was doing she pulled out a razor started thinning my hair out!! What 62-year-old woman needs her hair thinned out!!!needless to say this was in April it is now August my hair has not curled once its growing in like Bozo..I will never ,ever go back to great clips again

Great concept..in and out for busy people. However, my last visit had me scratching my head. Only two ladies working nonstop. No one to help them with a constantly ringing phone. Potential customers walking in, seeing many people already waiting... Understandably, those busy people opted to go elsewhere. Much business lost due to short staffing. So much for the great concept.

I Love This Store! Ok, so I visit there every weekend, but honestly I am visiting a friend and checking on him, but seriously, this store is AWESOME!!! GREAT Prices and Great donations! The staff, So COOL! Just remember that if it isnt priced, they arent selling it. You have to move heaven and earth to purchase it.

Every time I go in. I get a great hair cut. The wait isnt usually that bad. Very friendly staff. They take great care of me. Back home in Binghamton, NY I had to wait like over an 1hr & 1/2 so really nothing to complain about. I know they are doing the best they can.

I have had some pretty good haircuts here. There have been a couple of time where I had to have a certain employe who was just not a nice person and did not do a very good job but everyone else has done an amazing job.

Who the hell closes at their busiest time. This location closed when most people are off work .. while showing a 20 min wait time.. wow that really pissed me off I have to take time off work to go here...
