Disappointed - my daughter was turned away for having thick curly hair and they only had "two" stylists available - on a Friday night....all I wanted was for them to wash it, comb it out, put it in a bun. From start to finish a job that would take a professional 25 minutes at most. They dont close until 9:00 and we came before 7:30. I understand that sometimes thick hair can be intimidating, but once hers is wet its a BREEZE to comb through.... wouldnt have brought her if I felt it couldnt be done with ease for a professional.

I just moved here from NC and was very skeptical about using great clips. After long consideration, I walked in for a hair cut today. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she delivered 110 percent . If you want a great hair cut with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere go see Emily at great clips! I absolutely love my hair cut !

I went there twice, and both times they messed up my hair, the first time they made it uneven on the back and the second time they completely miss aligned my sideburns! I dont reccommend this place to anyone. The barbers where friendly and the shop was clean and nice but there skill level in cutting hair is seriously lacking.

Do not waste your money at this place, i would say dont waste your time also but it took about 4 minutes to get my hair UNEVENLY trimmed. She didnt even bother to check her work after. Completely rushed and literally a straight line going down from the right side of my hair to the left. Do not trust this place with your hair

I cant complain The high n tight is always on point. You really cant get that reliability everywhere. The online check in really is a difference maker. It makes it easier to get cut on a work day. Prices are reasonable and the ladies are fantastic to chat with. A fun and friendly bunch.

My daughter went to have her hair donated, and the girl chopped her hair so badly, I cant imagine how she got her license!! Absolutely horrible hair cut! Never go to this place! We will have to wait till it grows out to have it fixed correctly, I couldve done a better job!!

Wow.. Paid 27.00 dollars to look like a monster!! Horrible was a hair style was wet and they knew I look terrible try to told them they were .. Oh wow is all good! Emily go to her she will make you look like a monster is her specialty!

Went here and was told that they do not do temple fades because they are not a barber shop, then the lady was like "so, what do you want?" I will never spend another dollar at this chain.
