I wish Id read Allisons review before going here!!! Id only gone once before and Rebecca did a nice job, but the next time she wasnt available, so they assigned me to Marcia... who didnt bother to show up on time, so they gave me to Roberto. The man is completely incompetent: he did my "highlights" in under 15 minutes and completely ignored the fact that I asked for low-lights! Ladies, you know something is wrong when this happens. He put me under the dryer and left me to go tend to his other male customerS. When he came back, he said, "Oh wow... you lightened too quickly." Great! He then informs me hes going to have to use a toner. I NEVER have needed toner. I said I was concerned and asked to see a manager. He left me with my hair dripping in the sink and started ranting and raving about me! Another rude lady, name starts with an H, came back and said it wasnt too bad and to let him continue. Too bad?! Yes, thats why everyone pays a fortune... to look "not too bad." As he was blow drying my hair, Marcia (whod shown up late and was fixing another customer whod come in to complain about a cut shed received from Roberto the previous day) made a face and I told her I was not happy. She agreed with me and said shed fix it: I had six huge streaks in the front of my head that didnt match my other hair... even after hed put in toner! Her solution: the only way to fix this is all over color. SHE MADE MY CHESTNUT BROWN HAIR WITH CARAMEL HIGHLIGHTS ORANGE-RED!!! I started to cry and she told me change is good and I should be happy to have hair. Have I mentioned Im a cancer survivor?! When they "finished" and I looked like Bozo the clown, I was told I would be paying for the corrective services. When I started to refuse, since I looked amazingly stupid, they called security! End story, I was forced to pay the amount and was told to call their customer complaint line... and you bet I did! I now have a color appointment set up at my old salon. I left Tribeca because they were getting too expensive, but they are worth every penny. If youre looking for an amazing salon where they treat you like a human being and want your hair to look even better than you want it to, you should go there. They even consoled me and have set up a corrective appointment to try and get back what Regis took from me. Ladies, avoid them at all costs. BUT if you must go there, Rebecca is the one to ask for... the rest of them are downright AWFUL!

I had Hazar....and i loved the way she did my hair....i told her she has a new customer.....for sure.... she knew exactly what i wanted and it turned out better than what i expected....my cousin she had Juan Antonio and she loved the way he did her hair... she said the same thing....we are defiantly going back there.... Everyone there was friendly and happy go lucky.... couldnt ask for a better place.....

Got a partial highlight here and it looks awful! The stylists are amateur and not professional at all. It is worth it to pay a little more and go somewhere else that will get the job done right. And definitely dont see Fabio if you do decide to go here! He did my highlights and not only did it take him 2 1/2 hours to do them, they look ridiculous!

I go to Regis and Scot does my hair. If he is not available Christine does it. I love going in and seeing everyone, I have never had a bad experience and it seems like everyone works together very well and they make it fun... The only thing I would have a problem with is parking at the mall during the holidays.

Shayann (spelling?) was polite and humored me while she gave me exactly the haircut I expected, and even listened when I was just talking. The other employees were also super kind to me before I was sat down. Great place

Every time I come here, my haircut is always beautiful. They do have a sister salon in the same mall that I attempted and was deeply disappointed, but with that being said, Ill just stick to what I know.

I really like the friendly staff the way they greet you as soon as you walk in I go atleast every 3 weeks to get my hair cut by Desirae and she always does an awsome job,I recommend.

Love this salon. The stylists all work together. I go to alot of the stylists. And enjoy my conversations everytime. And the best shampoos ever.
